Điểm cộng: The swimming pool is heated and there are facilities for children's activities. We got an upgrade from premium to Junior suite. Beatiful view from our room. The service fron the staff was excellent. You also get a photo session with free photo and frame.

The location was ideal for escaping the crowd and feasting your eyes with nature. The facilities offered everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for unwind and enjoy quality service.
Điểm cộng: The service from the staff was top notch, everywhere we went the staffs were always smiling and trying to be helpful. In extreme case, we asked for help in reheating our baby's food, the staff was eager to help and the reheating was done in no time. One time the reheat process was not going as planned and our baby's food was spoiled, the staff was quick to provide replacement meal as a way of apology. They made sure that we were taken care of and that we felt very comfortable.
Điểm trừ: We expected more of the food variety during breakfast. Also, would be perfect to have a nespresso machine in the room

Đánh giá: Salah satu hotel terbaik di Bandung. Makan malam enak sekali. Bauran makanan yg tersedia juga sangat baik. nPemandangan nya top banget. nMakan pagi juga enak sekali. Kurang bacon sih. Antara kehabisan atau memang tidak tersedia. nKamar bersih dan luas. nAmenities lengkap. nTersedia 2 charger 11 kwh di depan lobby hotel. Jadi kalau bawa mobil listrik tidak perlu khawatir.

Điểm trừ: room floor was no clean, the wall between room not soundproof we can clearly hear the conversation in the next room.
Đánh giá: Hotel was nice & clean. nLocation was good in dago pakar with clean air & beautiful scenery. nAll the Staff were great, they upgraded my room for free.
