호앙 안 안 호텔 (Hoang Anh Anh Hotel)

장점: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The photos are accurate, toilet in my first room was flushing slowly, hotel staff recognised this during a clean, and helped me shift room, I was happy to stay in room as toilet was still servicable, but they insisted.

장점: Nhân viên ok, vị trí ok

장점: Chị lễ tân ca sáng rất niceee~

후기: I checked in at 10 or 11 PM, and I was extremely shocked when I entered the room because it was incredibly dirty. All the drinking glasses were covered in dust for a long time, the white walls were full of stains, the blankets were dirty, and the ceiling was moldy and black I couldn't even bear to look at it. It was really impossible to sleep. When I checked in, there were no towels either :) I guess the hotel only serves guests for a one-time stay.

후기: UNFRIENDLY STAFF. DISMISSIVE OF CUSTOMERS. STAFF WITHOUT EMOTION.. VIEWING CUSTOMERS AS INVISIBLE PEOPLE.

후기: Thật tuyệt vời, sạch sẽ, thân thiện.
