(Ha Long Essence Premium Hotel)

The hotel is great, the room is beautifully luxurious, fully equipped, the staff is very gentle and enthusiastic, and the room price is very favorable. I will definitely come back.

Great people, quiet place. Really nice after ho chi min crowd

The staff are enthusiastic, the location is a bit far from places to eat, so you need to be willing to travel a bit, but overall everything is good, I will be back soon!

I stayed here for two nights and the hotel’s staff is great! Special thank you to Linh from the front desk, who has been amazing giving me advices where to go/how to get there. Also, the staff helped me to rent a scooter.
The room has A/C and it’s very clean. The hotel it’s also very close to the beach.
I highly recommend it!

Exellent!!! The staffs are very friendly and helpful! They helped us to book the tour and suggested us some famous places for tourists.
The rooms are clean and beautiful! The wifi is strong is big plus point!

The hotel is clean, and the staff is enthusiastic and friendly. I originally planned to stay just one day and then leave, but the hotel helped me upgrade to a spacious family room with a bathtub at no extra cost, so I decided to stay for another night. Especially, the hotel is very close to the beach it's just a 2-minute walk, and it's about 1km away from Sunworld. In the evening, walking to the beach is very lively and bustling.

The staff was very nice

Good

Nice and quiet view, the location is near from popular destinations. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Would like to stay here again.

Near Bai Chay Beach. Clean room. Enthusiastic staff. and reasonable price. Highly recommend this place

Location Is currently not crowded as many hotels are not working and some buildings are empty.

You can find few spots around where to eat.

We got free upgrade to the highest level of rooms because, the hotel was empty during our first night.

I booked rooms for my family for 1 night and I really satisfy with the team’s enthusiasm and the interior design. Recommend this hotel for serendipity though kinda near the beach
