그랜드 머큐어 하노이 (Grand Mercure Hanoi)

후기: We stayed for around 4 days and the best word to describe is beautiful nThe room was truly exceptional and the stay was made extremely enjoyable by some super staff who made the experience relaxed and very pleasant. nBreakfast is amazing and super delicious with a great room service offering a grey range of tasty food

장점: The hotel is amazing specially compared to other hotels in city.

장점: Unique design with awesome services!

후기: Great place to stay, when you are in HN

장점: Clean, beautiful, great facilities , quiet nStaff was very helpful with any request we had

후기: Location is nice, while it is a bit far from the old quarter area, you can easily book grab to go anywhere. Was a bit disappointed with the room and even the amenity kit lacks a few things (no razors, etc.). Deluxe room (king bed) does not have a bathtub. nnYou can order room service through the tv or through phone. Prices are reasonable.

장점: Great location and super helpful, welcoming staff. The room was freshly decorated and very comfortable.

후기: 2kms away from the main attraction. Lovely property.

장점: Amazing hotel with amazing staff and great food

후기: One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at - a tranquil haven in Hanoi. The room was stunning, breakfast was perfect (one morning I asked if they had any mango and they went out the hotel to purchase some for me!), service was great. A little out of the main touristic area of Hanoi but wasn’t inconvenient.

장점: Grand Mercure was a great hotel to stay in for a holiday in Vietnam. The architecture and layout were very stylish and top tier. The food options were very good and the service from the hotel workers were exceptional.

후기: I would recommend this place to everyone travelling with family or solo. Close to all tourists attractions.

장점: Staff were friendly and accommodating nRoom was beautifulnFood was excellent

장점: Everything was great. The employees were very welcoming and friendly nThey get us free arrangements for our marriage anniversary. nIt is only 20 minutes of enjoyable walk to city center.
