(Golden Sea Hotel)

The hotel location is in Sun village that is quite near the beach. Service is good in general

The room is beautiful and clean.

This is one of the recently built European style Sun Plaza Hotels. The location is a bit inner side of the neighborhood but that’s okay I guess. The main issue with this hotel is, they don’t have an organized staff group. It looks like one family lives in the hotel and works as caretaker. So, you don’t get the hospitality of a professional hotel management. Also, amenities and beds are not as good as it looks like. We had to use a coffee stained quilt since they didn’t change it even after noticing.

I would say, it is not a 3-star hotel at any category apart from the infrastructure.

The room is clean and located near the beach. Since I visited outside of the tourist season, there were fewer guests, so I got a nice room. If I return to Bai Chay, I will support it again!

Khách sạn giá tốt có vị trí thuận tiện đi lại.

Enthusiastic staff

Giá phòng tương đối ổn.

Beyond my expectations, the hotel offers a very convenient daily car rental service for short-term travel. If I have the chance to go to Ha Long again, I will stay here again.

Sạch sẽ, gần các vị trí mình cần đi

Thank you to the hotel and the reception staff for being very enthusiastic and friendly. In particular, they also called a taxi for me and recommended good and cheap local restaurants. Golden Sea is the hotel to choose for everyone's travel!
