장점: Very nice apartment. I was one of the first guests. Hence everything was new. But the location is great and everything is perfect for longer stays of a few weeks.rnThe security guard was very helpful as well and helped me fixing my bike.rnDefinitely recommend it.

후기: Advantages: Clean and quiet room. nDisadvantages: Small room, entrance to the parking lot is too small and steep, those with weak driving skills should be careful, the elderly security guard is very slow in processing check-ins, taking a long time to record in the logbook. The standard is one room per day with two bottles of water, but no one informed us, so we had to go out to buy water. The bathroom is clean, but the water pressure is very low, making showering frustrating (even though we changed rooms twice, it was still the same). nWe stayed for 5 days, but no one changed the duvet cover, bed sheet, and pillowcase. nWe booked for 5 days and paid in advance on the app, so we did not want to change to another place, but we will not return next time. If the owner reads this, please improve. Because for that price, we could find a more satisfactory place. Thank you!

후기: The room is fine, clean, and fully equipped. Check-in took a long time and the staff were not very enthusiastic. The parking space is hard to access. Other than that, it's okay, the location is conveniently central for moving around.

후기: This accommodation is terrible. For the first time I'm afraid to step on the ground with my bare feet. The water is cold, but even if it was warm, the bathroom is flooded, the toilet is unusable. We left immediately and stayed in another hotel. Waste of money. I will complain to Agoda again that they offer such accommodation. The photos do not match reality at all.

I informed Era that my sister's younger brother missed his night, so he's requesting to stay over please let me know if the hotel charges any additional fees for that. However, the hotel said it's fine and will not charge any extra fees. Hi. At the beginning of May, I will also book here again if there is a room available. The prices are also okay.
