엔소 리트리트 호이안 - 리디스커버리 앤 세레니티 (ENSO Retreat Hoi An - Rediscovery & Serenity)

후기: Really recommend, all staffs so sweet, definitely will come back again

장점: Fabulous - great facilities and breakfast. Can use resort bikes to ride into Hoi An.

후기: Some of the best service I have ever enjoyed with the staff going above and beyond to provide the best experience. More tranquil setting outside of the city.

장점: A lovely stay! Staff so friendly and the resort itself is beautiful. Would recommend.

후기: A really chilled place to stay in Hoi An. Incredible food and amazing facilities. Yeah there are mozzies etc but that’s to be expected, just use spray and not an issue at all. An incredible place in the middle of nature!

장점: - the staff offer immediate help most of the time like fixing issues or arranging cars for you
- the pricing of food and car is reasonable, there is no crazy mark up
- the room is comfortable and clean
- the garden area is beautiful
- free bikes and they have baby/child seats
- the location is between old town and an bang beach, shuttles are provided, so you can avoid the hustle in old town, it is close to coconut basket village, but no other interest things around
- breakfast is simple but good enough, love their soup broth for pho/bun!
- beautiful pool with different level of depths

I feel well looked after by the team and each of them works very hard to make you a pleasant stay.

후기: The resort is amazing, we would definitely come back here again. The faculty here is clean, while surrounded by nature. The hotel room was spotless. The dining room and the swimming pool was great, they also had floaties for us to use. Another thing that we loved was the service. They were able to speak English with us, and we were welcomed greatly with cinnamon tea. The staff were really friendly, recommending us local restaurants, and have shuttle bus from the hotel to go to tourist sites without cost. The breakfast that they provided was also delicious, including some Vietnam food.

장점: The staff were perfect. Very helpful and great communication. Breakfast was ample but not lavish. Egg chef did a great job of Chilli omelets. 3 pools were clean and had a deep end in our favourite which was unique for our 4 week trip in Vietnam. Free bikes were in great working order. Pool table and pool table were fun for the family.

후기: Value for money, we love the retreat especially with pool right outside our door. The cleverly planned location of the rooms around the property make it feel like a private holiday. Accommodating and friendly staff. Thanks for arranging for shuttle to town for us when our family missed the shuttle timing. Breakfast is sufficient but variety can be improved.

장점: Staff were amazing and very helpful, service was fantastic. The rooms were beautiful and bathroom was excellent.

The transfers arranged by the hotel were comparative in price to grab so good value.

Highly recommended.

후기: Enso is a wonderful place. Gorgeous pool right outside of our room. Quiet grounds. Restaurant right on premises that allows for a quiet stay, and no reason to leave. Staff are kind and helpful. Rooms are pretty neat/different from the other places we stayed in Vietnam

장점: The highlight of the resort is very nice team of staffs who notice all the small details to help us have a comfortable stay. Everyone we met was so nice, caring and helpful. I have been to lots of hotel/resorts in my life including those of 5-6 stars and this is the best hospitality team so far. My little one had a minor accident and I couldnt thank the staff enough for the care and support they gave to our family.

Our room is clean with a large bathroom and comfortable beds. We love that they have water filter system in the room so that we can get free drinking water as we need and dont need to use plastic bottle.

We love the use of natural materials in its buildings and furnitures. The building and interior design is authentic Vietnamese style. We enjoyed the touch of nature and greenery in every corner of the resort.

Breakfast buffet is yummy. We also tried lunch and dinner at the resort and like the food.

Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended

후기: Dear Team Enso,

My family and I would like to express our gratitude to you all for providing us with exceptional care and service. This was undoubtedly the best hospitality that we have seen anywhere in the world. Your service levels is par excellence and the amenities in the retreat are absolutely fantastic. The core of any service organisation is its people . Enso has the best people working for it. Each and every staff is ever so smiling and ready to help. The rooms, pools , restaurant are amazing . Very rarely you get a hotel/resort in Vietnam that has many options for vegetarians. But you have ample. Food is delicious and people serving at the restaurant are just awesome.
Front office staff too are super great. Wish we could do something to recognise your team and not just write this review.
You are the best ! Be very proud of you for what you do every day. You truly treat your work as worship and we are ever so grateful that we got to stay at your retreat ! With lots of love and blessings from
Raj and family !

장점: Amazing staff and spacious rooms! We loved using the bikes to go explore and having the pools for morning and evening swims!

장점: Our stay at ENSO Retreat was unforgettable! Above all, we were blown away by the incredibly caring, attentive, and big-hearted team who made every moment special. We stayed for six nights and didn’t want to leave our tranquil paradise! The bungalows were fabulous—beautifully designed, comfortable, and perfect for relaxation. We also loved being just a short 10-minute shuttle ride from Hoi An old town, which made exploring effortless. We can’t wait to return!

후기: Best stay for couple who wants peace
Very Relaxing & Calm place
