후기: nothing like the pictures, run down, dirty. bed missing pillow n blanket. host said to go to another room n get it. i dont expect to pay for a place and had to do errand. I went to book for another place.. this mickey mouse place is not worth the money.
단점: Useless. Left us stranded for the whole day, couldnt check in. No communication and zero effort. Don't book.

Không recommend cho các bác vì dịch vụ quá kém.
-2h check-in nhưng 11h bên home mới nhắn tin báo đổi địa điểm do phòng bên này lỗi báo mình sang nên khác cách 2km.
- Nhân viên sale khá tệ sau khi mình call nhiều lần hỏi dịch vụ thì bạn ko nghe máy cũng ko xin lỗi về việc thay chỗ ở sát giờ.
- thiết bị phòng ko giống như mô tả nhiều khá nhiều đồ: máy sấy tóc, tủ đồ, mắc treo ... chăn có nhiều vết dơ vàng, quạt thiếu công tắc
- Họ xếp phòng cho m bên tầng 6 trong khi thang máy chỉ tới tầng 5. M vác đồ thang bộ ( kiểu thang sắt thoát hiểm ) khá ghê

단점: Everything. Customer service was hactic. There was no one at check in time, no one even was availble to answer the calls. They replied me back after 30-40 mins at the time of check-in. People around the premises are not friendly at all.

Phòng còn mùi sơn nồng, và còn rất nhiều bụi vừa mới sửa xong nhưng chưa quét sạch. Không có vật dụng cơ bản như ấm nước siêu tốc, tôi không biết nấu làm sao khi chỉ có cái ấm nhưng không có dây điện đi kèm với ấm. Nhắn hỏi nhân viên (dù tôi nhắn vào lúc khuya) nhưng nguyên ngày hôm sau đều chưa nhận được phản hồi.
Trong khi những tin nhắn thanh toán trước đó được phản hồi rất nhanh.
Nói chung là phòng tệ nhưng dịch vụ còn tệ hơn.

장점: A great comfortable hotel for an overnight stay with a variety of food options nearby. I travelled for work and wanted to stay close to where I was going to be for the day so chose the hotel based on proximity to my work event.

단점: Can't stay even if I go. No reception. There is nothing. There is no check-in guide. There was another company's office on the ground floor and I asked how I could check in. They just told me to call the hotel, but I couldn't because I didn't have a local phone number. There was no information on how to check in at the time of booking.
후기: Chỗ này không có tiếp tân gì đâu nha mn ơi. Mình liên hệ sđt để nhận phòng á. Lúc mình ở thì phòng chỉ có 1 khăn tắm mỏng. Giường bự nhưng mà bằng gỗ thì mn tự hiểu nha. 🫨🫨🫨 Nhà vệ sinh rộng nhưng mình cảm thấy sơ sài lắm. Cửa nhà vệ sinh bị hư nữa. 🥲🥲🥲
장점: Bed was very comfy.
단점:
-No one there to greet us, didn’t see one staff member the whole trip. Even just made us leave money for the room in a drawer.
-Room was covered in cobwebs and dust, really needs a clean.
-Hard to get in the gate.
-We were in one room the first night and told we had to move for the second night. We were on a tour all day so couldn’t move our stuff out of the room. The host we we never saw arranged that our stuff was moved when we weren’t there and then left all our stuff in a room all day which was unlocked.
