9.0 Superb - Roberto 11-02-2025

장점: Excellent quality/price ratio. Breakfast Excellent. Position close to railway station, one bus station (east) and all the banks.

단점: Staff not speaking much English and not helpful on travel info.

10.0 Tuyệt vời! - Hai 17-01-2025

후기: Phòng sạch sẽ, sang trọng, vị trí đắc địa mà giá rất phải chăng, tôi chỉ thấy hành lang trước cửa phòng bị bí và mùi quá, hi vọng KS sẽ sớm có giải pháp thông khí

8.0 Very good - Elizaveta 29-01-2025

장점: The room was very nice, huge and clean.
The shower and bathroom spacious and comfortable.
Just remember to mind a mini step entering it.

단점: The staff was... earnest. Seemed disturbed by our presence. Or, better say, not disturbed at all :)

10.0 Great value for money - Leanne 21-12-2024

후기: This is the best hotel in Thanh Hoa with good design and nice food. Highly recommend!

10.0 Exceptional - Natalie 21-11-2024

장점: A very nice and comfortable hotel. It is close to the train station. You can't hear anything of the main road from your room. The bed is very comfortable and large. The bathroom is large. The room is also very large and you can easily sort your clothes. The laundry service is great and the laundry smells very good. Everything was clean. The staff speaks poor English but with the translator everything went smoothly. The breakfast was sufficient and varied.
I had a very nice stay and will come back when I am in town again.

8.4 Great roomy hotel but hard to find a smiley staff in the entire hotel - Andrew 15-12-2024

후기: Ideally located and accessible to supermarket and eating places. Room is spacious and bed makes for a good night sleep.
While the 'hardware' is great, I can't say the same for the 'heart ware.' The staff, especially the restaurant service staff looked like they didn't want to be there. They looked really grouchy.

10.0 Excellent Accommodation - Austin 09-10-2024

장점: This is perhaps the best value for a hotel that I have yet found in Vietnam. Remarkable quality at a great price.

4.4 Acceptable - Bình 03-11-2024

후기: Lễ tân phục vụ rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp,. Chưa từng ở khách sạn nào kém như vậy!

9.0 Good hotel! - Oscar 15-03-2024

장점: Very clean and big rooms. Good location to get to and from the station. Not much around the hotel to do but we were only passing through. Nice breakfast.

단점: Staff don’t speak very good English so you’ll need Google translate if you’re not Vietnamese.
