후기: Receptionists require us to pay for the face tower because we used for removing mascara and foundation

후기: The hotel is very good, clean, and reasonably priced, but the only issue is that the hot water is very difficult to adjust the shower water is excessively hot and can't be controlled by the faucet.

후기: The room is clean and tidy, quite good. The staff is friendly, very close to Ha Long market, and the quality is satisfactory for a 3-star rating!

후기: Near Halong Market and walking distance to the shore view beautiful Halong Bay without having to get on a boat. Very clean and wide streets and more modern shops with a shopping mall nearby.

후기: No one at the reception spoke English and they kept our passports until we checked out.
The room wasn’t dirty but also not well cleaned. The window couldn’t fully be closed so we heard all the noises from the streets. As the hotel is located had a bigger street it got noisy by 5 AM in the morning. Breakfast is between 6 AM and 9 AM. When we arrived at 8:30 AM we did not expect everything to be available. Fortunately it was. Unfortunately everything was cold! And they wouldn’t warm it up. The first day the shower was cold and the second day it was boiling hot.
Therefore I would definitely not recommend this hotel!
