Đánh giá: Very nice hotel, a short walk from the river. Rooftop swimming pool (although changing room was the toilet). Good variety with the breakfast. Only real problem was our aircon was faulty and kept changing down to a cool 20 degrees. Several phone calls to reception and two visits by the engineer who finally locked the setting on a slightly too warm 26 degrees.
Điểm cộng: The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning design that feels both elegant and inviting. Every detail, from the architecture to the interior décor, has been thoughtfully created to give guests a sense of comfort and style.
Điểm trừ: The only downside of our stay was the strict dress code policy for the pool. Guests are required to wear swimsuits in order to swim, which felt a bit limiting, especially since my mother was not comfortable wearing one. While I understand the need for certain guidelines, this policy made us feel restricted and not fully valued as guests
Đánh giá: Nice river view, room is also very nice and clean, staff is good. but the only inconvenience, food is not good and too little compared to 5-stars hotels we used to stay
Điểm cộng: Breakfast was excellent
Điểm trừ: Everything were good
Đánh giá: No complaints!

Điểm trừ: Everywhere perfect but morning buffer need more food .

Điểm cộng: Excellent location. Second time stayed! nFirst choice when I have plan come to Can Tho.
Đánh giá: Nice hotel. Service was great. All staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect. Highly recommend.
Điểm cộng: Amazing value for the money, very comfortable hotel, bathroom was beautiful, shower amazing, views fromnroom awesome
Điểm trừ: Spa treatment was lousy - head massage from a young girl totally untrained. It ended up just being a hairwash with sloppy blowdry - I can do much better myself, why am I paying her? Very overpriced for Vietnam too.
Đánh giá: Great location and superior services.
Điểm cộng: Very new hotel, built in 2024, from group of Saigon + location name hotelsrnLocation is good, in the city centre, lots of nearby restaurants, near the Ninh Kieu pier.rnStaff is friendly, helpful.rnSnack/cafe price is decent.
Điểm trừ: Breakfast should have more choices.rnRoom shower leaked, looked cheap.rnNo free laundry items.rnElevators are a bit funny (2 call buttons for 3)
Đánh giá: Overall is good
Điểm cộng: Staff were wry accommodating and professional
Đánh giá: We have a stay at Chartmant for 3 nights. The hotel is very charming and beautiful decoration with the old theme fusion with modern amenities. nAll the staff members are nice and professional service including the friendly management. nIt was pleasant to stay at King suite room.nThank you.nWill recommend
Điểm cộng: The staff was super supportive and nice, excellent location and service. We enjoyed so much the sauna (both dry and wet sessions), after 20 minute massage session, which was a gift (included in room charge). We definitely stay here again if we have chance to come back Can Tho.
Điểm trừ: Nothing

Đánh giá: Na
Điểm cộng: the staff is very friendly, the room is big and comfy, nice sauna and bathroom. The location is the best
Điểm trừ: We wanted to book dinner at the hotel restaurant when we saw the advertisement on the TV. But they did not provide the service because the promotion had been expired.
