Đánh giá: Very clean. good breakfast. The only thing that could be changed would be the door to the room has a fogged glass for the top half of the door. It lets too much of the hall light in at night while you are trying to sleep.
Điểm cộng: Easy to find and very nice room
Điểm trừ: Nothing ng
Đánh giá: Very clean. good breakfast. The only thing that could be changed would be the door to the room has a fogged glass for the top half of the door. It lets too much of the hall light in at night while you are trying to sleep.
Điểm cộng: I didn't like anything
Điểm trừ: very bad, the room was clean but the treatment was very bad. I checked in and the room's air conditioner was broken, the phone went down to the reception but no one answered, so the room was like a boiler, the air conditioner was not cold, when I went down I couldn't see the receptionist anywhere, in the morning I went down to check out and the male receptionist said it was my fault because I didn't go down to tell them to change the room, but I said I went down but no one saw me, no one answered the phone, the receptionist said the phone was broken. I was very angry so I said it was broken, how did you know if you didn't say anything, the air conditioner was broken and you blamed it on the customer for not reporting it to change the room, but when I went down there was no one, while now you blame it on the customer, is that the right way to handle it? I was angry and sat down on the chair, then a moment later he said he will report it to the manager and apologized to me , DO NOT COME to this place because it's very bad, the price is high, you guys should fix it, checked the problem again, not blamed the customer. poor quality. Male reception is bad . Really bad
Đánh giá: The pictures of the room are misleading. There is no bath tub, there is no patio area that is on the river/canal, there are not many outlets. It was clean and the complentry breakfast was great. I felt safe here.
Điểm cộng: Staffs extremely friendly, room was tidy & clean
Điểm trừ: The noise cancelling is not good, I can hear voices from outside loudly
Đánh giá: Khách sạn còn mới, sạch sẽ, phòng rộng rãi, vị trí thuận lợi, có chỗ đậu xe hơi, điều hoà hơi cũ nhưng vẫn còn sử dụng tốt
Điểm trừ: They charged us more for the room we reserved.
Đánh giá: Everything was good here, good English speaking staff, big room, breakfast decent. I would come again.
Điểm cộng: Double room has good space, but no chair at all .
Điểm trừ: Big room
Đánh giá: Hotel is located next to the river so the view is nice. Room is decently clean but for the money, it’s good. Has Tv, mini fridge, and most important, AC. Staff are nice and willing to help. Walls are thin so expect to hear people talking in hallway and in next room. Overall, pretty solid.
Điểm cộng: Spacious
Điểm trừ: The view looking down the river is exceptional .
Đánh giá: Breakfast is good. Coffee is good. Room is clean
Điểm cộng: convenient, close to the market
Điểm trừ: not facing the river
Đánh giá: Clean room and simple but nice breakfast. Nothing much around this area.
Điểm cộng: great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful
Điểm trừ: the room furniture and bedding are pretty old with some damage
Điểm cộng: welcoming and decent for the price
Điểm trừ: AC doesn't work very well, pretty hot
Đánh giá: Clean room. Clean massage next door
