Đánh giá: Good staff , good breakfast and valuable hotel
Điểm cộng: the breakfast is the same everyday
Điểm trừ: The room was not clean. My bathroom is so dirty, it was not clean everyday. The wall in the bathroom was yellow due to dirt. Wastes on the floor from the date I came until left still on that place.
Đánh giá: Dirty room, terrible customer service! Never come back again!
Điểm cộng: Nice location
Điểm trừ: No hot water
Đánh giá: It's worthy to stay
Điểm cộng: Clean and big
Điểm trừ: Prepare a translator so it will be easy to talk to people other than that everything is great
Đánh giá: Overall, the bedroom and bathroom are fine but not very impressive. Behind the hotel, there is a spacious parking lot, a small park for walking, and the streets are quite quiet.
Điểm cộng: The room is clean, staffs are helpful.rnThey arranged a room with big window for me, that's a big appreciate.
Điểm trừ: price is a little bit higher than others, and hotel response from the website is quite slow.
Điểm cộng: The value and staff were excellent. Location was fantastic and so close to so many great restaurants. I highly recommend going to the BBQ and meeting Roy, the owner. SIX was very good too. Having Bok Choy for breakfast was so good and don't forget to ask for things you do not see like made to order eggs and Pho.
Điểm trừ: Nothing
Đánh giá: Clea and safe. Wifi could use some improvement Overall a solid choice for a comfortable stay
Điểm cộng: CLEAN & QUIETLY
Đánh giá: Unable to find staff when dailing to the counter/recep. Asked for towels as the room did not have any when we checked in, but their response are slow. Even after we are back after dinner, no towels were sent. We have to head down to recep after several failed attempts to reach through phone. Needed to wait at lobby for towels still. Kettle were missing as well and the signal has both DND so we did not get our room cleaned on the 2nd day. However, the cleaner was quick enough to do housekeeping for us when we saw him near our room. Overall, location was good with nearby eateries, convenient stores etc.But service needs to improve.
Điểm cộng: Location
Điểm trừ: Noisy air conditioner and room interior design
Đánh giá: The accommodation is located in a quiet area, the hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is enthusiastic. I am very satisfied.
Điểm cộng: Staff are friendly and good location. The room are a good size and bed is comfortable.
Điểm trừ: The Wi-Fi was not good. It would cut in and out so no chance of working on the laptop at the hotel.
Đánh giá: Second visit. Staff were helpful with soem speaking English. Centrally located to family we were visiting and lots of places to eat, just ask the staff.
Điểm cộng: The staff
Đánh giá: Nhân viên tận tâm, nơi ở sạch sẽ, thức ăn tươi, ngon, tôi rất hài lòng và sẽ quay lại, cảm ơn.
Điểm cộng: Great location with very friendly staff. Good buffet.
