Review: Close to everything you need,
Review: Location is great and rooms are spacious and comfortable. But breakfast is very bad. There is no room service and I stayed 1 week but they didn't do a proper housekeeping.. sometimes i had to ask for changing towels and linens.. nvery little English but staff is very attentive. Hope they will improve the breakfast options and room service.

Review: thai nguyen was my last part in my trip, I go there only because my gf home was near by, I didn't see much there for tourism. hotel reception is in the 5th, the reception lady is helpful and can speak fair English. there is no room service unless you ask for it. the hotel is quite, downstairs have hyper market.

Review: Had to change visit date but had a non-amendable booking. Hotel manager excellent and allowed is to change no problem. Large comfy room, excellent place.
Review: 2nd time I have stayed here. This city is for the locals and short on English. The hotel manager Nam is friendly and generous with help. The staff do there best to understand you. This time I discovered the Breakfast menu written in English. The egg and bacon roll was great. Wish I knew about this last time. It was a great place to stop on the way to Ba Be Lake on my motor bike. Good place to stop on the return to Hanoi. Mr Nam can help you with getting your motorbike fixed. If I ever come back, I will come to this hotel.

Review: Stayed overnight here while on motorbike road trip. Hotel is situated close to the centre of the city. Was hard to find my way into the hotel (reception is up on Level 5!) as no one was manning the entrance desk and the security guard didn't seem interested to help. nOnce I got to reception everything went well. The Twin room was huge and very clean with a very nice bathroom. Breakfast was on a different floor and was very limited (I think I was offered only toast or the vietnamese noodle soup). The reception staff were capable but not overly friendly, despite having a man on-call who can speak very good English (I discovered add I left! ).nIn summary: very clean, spacious and good value for money, but lacks a good atmosphere/ambiance. Functional.
