Đánh giá: Overnight stay in Quy Nhon center during the holiday with Agoda promotion for a twin room at 700k, I paid a little less. I like that there are many dining options just outside the door. It's just over 100 meters to the beach. Very satisfied.

Điểm cộng: This property was not the property we booked. I booked two rooms the newer HAKU in the same city. Our driver delivered us to this hotel. When in our “king standard” room I started comparing pix to the double bed closet room I was shown. The front desk when asked told us we had been moved to this hotel because the other was damaged by the tropical storm. When asked why they hadn’t notified me, I was told they couldn’t get in touch. Funnily they had responded to every other communication I sent and I even received communication. Regarding my airport transfer the morning of the trip. nWe were told we couldnMove to another hotel at no charge but that was an onerous option since we were already moved into our room.and we would waste an afternoon. Alternatively we were offered a room “upgrade” to larger room. These rooms were still not the king standard we reserved. No price adjustment was ever offered. They had queen needs instead of King and were slightly larger with sliding door access to tiny balcony. There was no pool. There was no buffet. Breakfast was a simple menu of soup/pho or fried eggs or fried noodles. There was no juice or fruit or salad. The coffee was ice cold. When we alerted staff it was reheated not remade. nI checked the first bed for cleanliness and it was ok. It wasn’t until I got into bed that night in the “upgrade” room that I discovered one pillow on my bed with no pillownCover…no problem until you looked at filthy stains all over the pillow. All and all I would never have chosen to stay and this facility and give an opportunity would not stay again even if it were comped completely free.

Đánh giá: I have a 3-day, 2-night trip to Quy Nhơn, so I booked a stay here. First, I was quite pleased with the geographical location and the attitude of the staff here. Furthermore, the hotel looks quite new from the outside. However, after checking into the room, I found some inconveniences: first, there is only one electrical socket near the bed, so I couldn't conveniently use the hair dryer. Second, there were no bathroom slippers, which I found lacking. Third, the bathroom light over the sink is a spotlight, so it doesn't illuminate my face properly, making it insufficient for personal hygiene. Fourth, the water here leaks from both the showerhead and the toilet faucet, creating white stains in the bathroom. I tried to turn the knobs in various ways, but both the shower and the sink only provide warm water or hotter. It's hot outside, but I cannot wash with cool water. The fifth issue that dissatisfied me is that there are mosquitoes here, not just one or two. The most disappointing thing is the bed sheets, which had yellow stains, and when I woke up, I had red rashes on both arms, causing itching and irritation. I hope the hotel will renovate for better cleanliness and to maintain its position so that guests will return.
