Worth staying. The services are all okay.
It was located in the center of Thai Nguyen. There's an e-bike rental nearby hotel for as cheap as 1,000VND per hour to explore the city. Staffs are nice and helpful.
There are so many cigarette butts outside of the windows.rnThe bathtub is a little slant, so water cannot be discharged. Very little soap/shampoo were provided.rnBreakfast is the worst. The restaurant is on the 9th Floor. We came for breakfast around 9AM, but most foods are just leftover and cold. Just realized that the sauce bottle was found molds. Very disgusting.
The hotel is cheap and the building is not bad, the air-conditioned was working well
Some things need to be improved: the rooms are not very clean the taps in the bathroom did not work well the water smells terribly we could not pay with credit card but only with cash etc..
Khách sạn khá cũ. Rất nhiều muỗi
Simple and just refurbished
They simulated to have for several days the credit card system out of order to have the payment by cash.

Sạch sẽ lễ tân nhiệt tình
缺点： bữa sáng hơi muộn so với mình
From the entrance to the lobby, there is no elevator, so luggage must be carried by hand to the reception desk. It is very inconvenient.
Vị trí tiện gần nhà gia đình
Không
Quá nhiều
We thought we were at the wrong hotel but had a hard time communicating with the front desk. Loud music from the gym stopped around 8:00 pm but street noise continued until late. My friends’ double room was smaller and darker than my single one. Refrigerator didn’t work, bad smell from toilet. Pillows were hard. So-so breakfast on the 9th floor had a good view. They helped us call a taxi. Negatives outweigh the positives, I’m sorry to say.
优点： Đội ngũ nhân viên ứng xử khá chuyên nghiệp
Good hotel with everything
优点： đồ ăn sáng khá ngon, vị trí thuận tiện
缺点： mình nghĩ vệ sinh phòng cần sạch hơn, khi mình nhận phòng trên giường hay chỗ bàn chải đánh răng đều có mấy sợi tóc vương lại khiến mình thấy k thoải mái
It's very average but the staff are excellent. Perfect example of an old hotel that is trying to modernize. Although it was the only one I could find on the net, there are many others in the city.
Pleasant for a short stay.
Restaurant, breakfast, friendly staff
