Review: Worth staying. The services are all okay.
Positive points: It was located in the center of Thai Nguyen. There's an e-bike rental nearby hotel for as cheap as 1,000VND per hour to explore the city. Staffs are nice and helpful.
Negative points: There are so many cigarette butts outside of the windows.rnThe bathtub is a little slant, so water cannot be discharged. Very little soap/shampoo were provided.rnBreakfast is the worst. The restaurant is on the 9th Floor. We came for breakfast around 9AM, but most foods are just leftover and cold. Just realized that the sauce bottle was found molds. Very disgusting.
Positive points: The hotel is cheap and the building is not bad, the air-conditioned was working well
Negative points: Some things need to be improved: the rooms are not very clean the taps in the bathroom did not work well the water smells terribly we could not pay with credit card but only with cash etc..

Review: From the entrance to the lobby, there is no elevator, so luggage must be carried by hand to the reception desk. It is very inconvenient.

Review: We thought we were at the wrong hotel but had a hard time communicating with the front desk. Loud music from the gym stopped around 8:00 pm but street noise continued until late. My friends’ double room was smaller and darker than my single one. Refrigerator didn’t work, bad smell from toilet. Pillows were hard. So-so breakfast on the 9th floor had a good view. They helped us call a taxi. Negatives outweigh the positives, I’m sorry to say.

Positive points: đồ ăn sáng khá ngon, vị trí thuận tiện
Negative points: mình nghĩ vệ sinh phòng cần sạch hơn, khi mình nhận phòng trên giường hay chỗ bàn chải đánh răng đều có mấy sợi tóc vương lại khiến mình thấy k thoải mái
Review: It's very average but the staff are excellent. Perfect example of an old hotel that is trying to modernize. Although it was the only one I could find on the net, there are many others in the city.
Positive points: Vị trí khách sạn trong ngõ nên yên tĩnh, chỗ để xe rộng rãi. Bảo vệ và lễ tân đều thân thiện. Phòng thoáng, đầy đủ tiện nghi.
Negative points: Đa số mọi người đến khách sạn để nghỉ ngơi. Nên mình có góp ý nhỏ về đội ngũ vệ sinh phòng của khách sạn, các bạn ấy nói chuyện ngoài hành lang cùng nhau khá to và ồn, lau dọn phòng mạnh tay, từ tiếng kéo ghế cho đến tiếng chổi lau rất mạnh tay. Đi cầu thang cũng mạnh chân quá mức, chạy ầm ầm từ sáng. Tưởng đâu ngủ trong khách sạn nhưng bên ngoài là chợ. Mọi thứ của khách sạn đều ổn, mình cũng rất thích căn phòng mình thuê. Chỉ duy có đội ngũ vệ sinh mình muốn góp ý, mong rằng khách sạn cũng nhắc nhở các bạn ấy nói chuyện và lau dọn nhẹ tay hơn để khách hàng có một kỳ lưu trú trọn vẹn mà không bị ảnh hưởng. Xin cảm ơn
