Kenting Fu Bao Inn

Review: First of all, slow response on agoda message, end up didn’t do housekeeping when we arrived home. No more drinking water in the fridge. The rain-shower didn’t work. The air-conditioner was not cold enough, the staff also informed us not to set below 21 degrees as there will be water leakage and we will be held responsible if it happens. Felt like 30 degrees in the afternoon. I asked the staff to provide their Line or other communication apps, but the lady said she got none. The lady also accused us wearing shoes in the living room, but there were no instructions given to us. In addition, she has no clue on how to use the projector and accused us broke it. Good thing the boss came home just in time and the problem was solved. It’s just a switch button to turn the TV console on such that it can connect to the projector. Additionally, the lady was so impolite and said we are troublesome. We were already tired and did not want to argue with her anymore, but she still rambles on for half an hour. Therefore, anyone who booked this and still can CANCEL without charges, please do quickly. Otherwise you will REGRET for sure.
