Đánh giá: This is the very first time I write a really bad review, bad experience in Ubud, Bali. Firstly, we arrived at the lodge at about 8 P.M., The first impression of this KELIKI LODGE was awesome, there were welcome drinks which tasted really fresh and nice. The room was great, enough space for luggages. The toilet was spacious too. There were 3 beds, 1 kingbed at first floor and 2 single beds at second floor with hammock outside the room. But, there were few things that ruined our holiday (we are a family of 5). Everything was awesome until my 9 years old daughter Evelyn went to the toilet to pee. Once she pushed the flush button, the WC was LEAKING from below through the gap between WC and the floor. It’s disgusting. I made a complaint, then the hotel staffs came trying to fix it for more than an hour, and that was about 10 to 11 P.M. at night, you know what? It’s NEW YEAR’s EVE!

The worst holiday in my life to this day!

What made it worse was that the staffs and the NEW manager accused me or my daughter as the one who did it, I was TOLD that they had PROVES of what we DID to their property! They said, before we came, everything was okay.

Again, they told me, if I write something which is wrong, the owner wants me to pay for the reparation fees. WOW, that’s so MEAN bro and sis!

I have sent to the manager the video from Whatsapp of how the installation of the WC was wrong from the beginning, to explain that it was not our fault. But, the respond was not as expected.

They did, want to give us compliment with spa and dinner, but the incidents had turned everyting down.

It was really not OUR TIME, even to defecate, we had to go to the restaurant’s toilet at night. And………you know what, all eyes were on us, because we only came to use the toilet and gone. Shame on us, this was seriously really inconvenient and bad.

I only asked for a refund, but they refused to give what we asked for, not a cent.

Đánh giá: We stayed at the saravasti lodge for only 1 night. Staff was kind for early check in. We were the only guests there. The lodge was beautiful and tranquil with the open rice field.
You can also walk the steep hills to the next village. There is a also a pig farm nearby where you can hear if you step out fm yr room.
The room has 2 levels. It was very modern with european and some rustic design. There is 1 king bed and 2 twin beds on the 2nd level. The outdoor bathroom was just exquisite, they also provide with bath salts. Pool was big and maybe abt 1.5m deep. The 2nd level is just a waste space for couple staying there and the hammock outside is just not strategically located. It was a pity that you cant see the rice field fm the room.

The breakfast menu is more for the European guests. i am just disappointed that they did not put an indonesian menu. Although breakfast options were limited and served once, it was super delicious. The food served were of high quality esp the croissant!
We also ate at the restaurant, ordered some cerviche and steamed cod and fried bananas and fried rice. It was delicious and beautifully plated but a little overpriced. But it was totally worth it.

Location is quite isolated and there is alot of steps to get to the room or restaurant.

Overall, i enjoyed my stay. Lodge is good for couples though big enough for small families. Food is very delicious with a beautiful view. I would recommend for those who just wants to unwind.
One visit is enough for me though as this resorts feels impersonal for me.

Food was exceptionally good.
