KA Villa & Spa, Beachside Hoi An

Review: Quaint small beach side resort in a quiet area. 10 star ratings for the staff. Friendly and efficient service. Great location with lots of nearby restaurants and a short drive to the hustle and bustle of Old Hoi An. Good facilities and very clean and neat. Improvements could include revamping the rooms and better breakfast choices as you have to choose from a limited menu the day before. Overall a very comfortable stay in the family room which was large and spacious. Bicycle riding around the hotel was fun and it was a shirt walk to the beach. Will be back someday.

Positive points: Great little hotel. Amazing service. Had refreshments on arrival and at breakfast. Very sweet people that made a special effort to welcome you. Rooms were spacious, clean and bright. Also had bikes you could grab for free and have a wander around. Close the beach and restaurants.

Review: My family had a relaxing and peaceful vacation at KA Villa. The hotel is close to the beach, very charming with a cool garden and soft music all day. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and ready to assist and guide our family's needs. It is a 2-minute walk from the hotel to the crystal-clear beach, and a 15-minute bike ride to the old town. Besides swimming and playing, sitting back and relaxing in the garden is also very comfortable. Our family really enjoyed it!

Review: Booking KA Villa for a week was probably the best decision we made on our recent trip to Vietnam. Coastal An Bang itself is a great place to kick back after the craziness of Hanoi or Saigon and KA Villa would have to be the best spot to do so. Just five minutes by taxi into the old city of Hoi An.
Spacious, tranquil and clean room complimentary laundry management and well-trained staff who really care. Complimentary bicycles too!
Manager/hotelier Nhung went above and beyond to help us with what seemed to be an intractable visa problem and helped us organise the rest of our trip. The restaurant recommendations were impeccable - among the best meals we had on our holiday. Several of the other guests we spoke to return each year. We also plan to return.

Review: It is a charming boutique hotel the moment we step in to see the central garden. The room is clean and fresh without that humidity smell. Beach is only few minutes walk with the convenience of dining at several beach clubs along the stretch. Owners are very friendly as well. We will stay there again!

Positive points: Great location in a quieter part of Hoi An, only a short taxi ride into the ancient town and a short walk to An Bang beach. The staff were very attentive, the breakfast basic but ample and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds.

Review: If you want to stay near An Bang beach, this is a great place to stay for the price point. You won't find friendlier, or more helpful staff anywhere.

Positive points: Fantastic place near the beach and pretty a 5-minute grab-ride away from Hoi An. Beautiful big room, they helped us rent a scooter, arranged a taxi to the airport and gave some great advice for restaurants when we were staying there.

Positive points: Location is almost on the beach, the staff were very nice and really helpful, breakfast was great and the free laundry service was a nice surprise! One of the best places we stayed in Vietnam!
