Điểm cộng: There was a concert the first 2 nights we stayed. It was quite noisy at night.

Điểm cộng: Staff named Elva in reception helped me a lot with a check-in process. They upgraded our room to Ambassadors Club and my kids really enjoyed their afternoon tea.
Điểm trừ: Choice of breakfast is not as much as I expected but still nice.
Đánh giá: From reception, dinning to security, I was greeted by staff warm smile and hospitality. The staff did not hesitate to stop and asked if help is needed. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast offers both Western and local cuisine. Overall, satisfied with my 3 nights stay at JS Luwansa Hotel. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in the South Jakarta area.
Điểm trừ: The worst service I ever discovered in a hotel!!! I already paid in Booking.com app and received a payment confirmation email. On arrival they claimed that it is not paid even then app said it is paid and the receipt as well! They forced me to pay again! So I got charged twice! Only offer reporting to Booking.com they admit the mistake. But still no refund! Unbelievable!!! Instead of just voiding the payment they say they will take 2 weeks to refund. SonI’m still charged twice!!! Really bad hotel!!!

Điểm trừ: I wonder why the housekeeping rang the bell at 6 am when I was in a deep sleep and they opened up my room (thank God it was secured) just to ask about laundry. They can do it at 9 or 10 instead.
Đánh giá: Staying in Luwansa for a whole week in my recent business trip, their room and services are excellent! nYou can find lots of foods also nearby.
Điểm cộng: average good hospitality, average room, average breakfast. But beautiful lobby, and I like the lifts, the three lifts are spacious and fast.
Điểm trừ: the wooden furniture looks wore and old, the sides of the cabinet is dusty. When I turned on the sink for the first time, I found baby cockroach running from the sink hole to the wooden margin of the sink. maybe you could go check yourself and fumed room 1612.

Điểm cộng: I love eveything! The bed is comfortable the room is super clean the building itself looks amazing and big. The staffs are nice. I only stay one night but I'd love to stay here again.
Điểm trừ: The bathroom doesnt have jetspray sadly but it does have bidet. The breakfast doesn't have many variations like other hotels and the taste are average but it was okay. The service is great.
Đánh giá: Excellent services from super caring Hotel Manager and other staff. Room is clean and with complimentary daily laundry of 4 pieces clothes.

Điểm trừ: Facility in general > I was on 10th floor, older room and furniture. Lot of cracks and gaps and outside voices were audiblernBreakfast - was okay, better option in the strip mall (McD for breakfast )rnIn-room service - was alright, ordered a chicken club sandwich which costed IDR 150K and it was just lame (and dry). Grab food is a much convenient option.
