Đánh giá: Menginap untuk acara keluarga dengan orang tua dan anak kecil.n1. Dapat kamar atas dan kebersihan kamar cukup memuaskann2. kasur dan linen bersih, bantal juga empuk dan bersih.n3. Kamar mandi bersih dan memuaskan. n4. Parkiran mobil juga banyak dan bersih. nOverall memuaskan. nSangat direkomendasikan untuk kegiatan kantor atau keluarga

Điểm trừ: All the equipment are old. No electricity socket next to our bed. You have to charge your phone using the electricity socket behind the tv.

Điểm cộng: Bed and pillows were comfortable. The closest mall is a 5 min walk.
Điểm trừ: We booked the executive lounge type room. Very disappointed as only soft drinks offered but then when discussed what an executive lounge means they then offered beer and wine but limited to one each. Food was like a high tea tray of sandwich, chicken wings and a couple of cakes. We didn’t use our voucher for the next night. nHotel room carpet was very old. They were having renovations done
Đánh giá: Breakfast was outstanding with lot of food choices. Room is a bit gloomy, water boiler and glass are kept in a drawer without proper sign. TV sound was not functioned (crackling sound like having loose antenna cable). Nevertheless, other amenities were sufficient for business traveler.

Đánh giá: I enjoy staying at this hotel. The room rate is very reasonable for the facility and hotel condition. Good for a business trip, nice location and good access to the toll road. Very recommendable.
Điểm cộng: Location is very strategic, just few minutes away from Ciputra World. The staff are all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast option was vary and plenty to choose from. Security guards are all very friendly despite the heat.
Điểm trừ: Some wear and tear on the carpet at the hallway in front of our room, but that's all.

Điểm cộng: Good location and one of the best breakfast in Indonesian hotel.
Đánh giá: Close to the highway. So easy to move around during our business trip
Điểm cộng: The location, easy to find, great breakfast with multiple choises, asian/non-asian dishes, plenty of options for vegetarians.
Điểm trừ: The carpets were not clean even if they have a cafeteria, no cakes are available. The hotel is gueasting multiple weedings and that leaves no space for the guests in the restaurants.

Điểm cộng: the facility was nasty and dirty, the property was nasty and dirty, it was drug infected and there was no way my husband and I were driving 2300 mile to stay in a place we were not safe
Điểm trừ: Nasty, dirty, drug infested. we canceled and walked out so not charge my card for this. i don’t see how anyone in their right mind can feel safe in such a place.
