Đánh giá: I believe that I was paid for room with breakfast, but the hotel staff said it wasn't. Please AGODA clarify. Thats become a reason why I put less star in my review. Thank you.

Đánh giá: 夕方にチェックインしたのに部屋が用意されていなかった。そのため３０分ぐらい暑いロビーで待たされた。ロビーがエアコン効いてなくて暑いのも問題。入室した時は床が拭いたばかりで濡れていた。ここは折角よい建物なのにスタッフがいまいちなのが問題。でも、それ以外はよかった。
Điểm cộng: A nice and comfortable room with all the facilities you would expect and want. Good water pressure.nnBreakfast was nice, quite standard but everything cooked well and was a diverse range. The service was friendly, prompt and helpful.nnWould stay again when I'm in Makassar again.

Điểm trừ: Not many knew how to speak English. There was no where to out toilet paper next to the toilet. The first room we had was leaking water from the windows..When it rained, most of the floor was wet.

Điểm trừ: The breakfast was not up to level. I ordered a waffle, but got 2 small corners. Apparently they think it's expensive. But then, why serve it at all?

Điểm cộng: Special thanks to Ika and Adil for making my stay pleasant and comfortable! They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and helped me find my way around the neighborhood. When I needed to find a doctor or get new quota for my SIM card, they helped me out a lot. Thanks to you guys for your kindness! :-)rnrnThe breakfast buffet is great. They have many choices, including both Indonesian-style and western-style food. They make omelettes to order and have lots of fruit. I especially enjoyed the congee with many different toppings (cilantro, dried fish, etc.).
Điểm trừ: The gym is in disrepair. There are four pieces of equipment, all in need of repair or replacement. The treadmill is the one piece of equipment that works well, and even it displays a warning about needing oil for the belt each time you turn it on. Also, the pool and gym are only open five hours per day (7-10AM and 4-6PM), though I was told when I was checking out that they could have opened the doors to the gym for me at other times. (Unfortunately I did not find that out until the end of my stay there.)rnrnThe pool and elevator had a lot of maintenance while I was there. I realize that many hotels have fallen behind on maintenance during the pandemic, so hopefully this is a temporary thing.rnrnI'd recommend turning down the music in the restaurant, especially at breakfast. Some of the loud western pop music is a bit much for first thing in the morning, and some of the songs are quite inappropriate for kids.
