Đánh giá: Hospitality was top notch. Booked Premiere King type but when we checked in, the receptionist upgraded us to Keraton Suit. The room was so spacious, furnished well, full amenities and traditional snacks as compiments (loooved it). Really like the paintings in the room, appreciate the art. Thankyou mba Prita for welcoming me and mba Indira for sending me home nicely. One of good memories in Hotel Tentrem

Đánh giá: Untuk harganya termasuk worth it. Fasilitas lengkap. Staf sangat ramah terutama di executive lounge. Lokasi strategis bersebelahan dengan mall dan minimarket

Đánh giá: It was such a lovely hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. The ladies at the reception are very friendly. The room is nice and spacious. The breakfast was excellent with many variety of Indonesian food. Outdoor area is beautiful. We definitely will be back. We knew this hotel as we stayed at the one in Jogja.
Đánh giá: Ok so advertised as 5 star I think 4 is closer , rooms clean however basic , room service food was excellent however and a big one no alcohol, none in the hotel at all nThis should be advertised as for many travellers have a glass of wine with a meal or a cold beer whilst on holiday if I would have know the no alcohol policy and the premium you pay to stay I would have gone elsewhere nIn my opinion not good value for money
Đánh giá: Dapet gratis lounge service bertiga padahal jatahnya hanya 2 orang. Extraaaaaa sih servicenya. Terus aku meeting sampe malem bertiga dsna nyaman banget. Super baik.nnBreakfastnya oke. Banyak stall yang otentik indonesia kaya soto hj mamat dll. Enak banget jus nya hehe.nnTerus spanya juga oke.

Điểm cộng: The breakfast is quite varied with decent taste (the yellow rice was slightly undercooked), the room is clean, the staff was friendly during check-in, and the check-in and check-out process was reasonably quick. The housekeeping staff were nice..
Điểm trừ: The lobby staff were friendly but not helpful. They wouldn't bother to help close the door or ask if there's anything they could assist with, like carrying stuffs. They just greet us and stood there. This is also the only hotel that is strict about borrowing towels at the swimming pool. One room is limited to borrowing only two towels, and they didn’t hesitate to stop us to say that the maximum is two towels, even though they could see we had three children who had just finished swimming. I actually booked two rooms. It would be better if they asked how many rooms we booked before politely refusing by saying one room can only have two towels. It’s embarrassing for them, too, when they realize we had booked more than one room.nnThe valet staff's driving skills were lacking. I brought a Tesla and ended up parking it myself. During check-out, many staff and security personnel were standing around in the lobby doing nothing, but they didn’t assist either. Even when we were leaving, no one helped stop the traffic for the car to exit.nnOn the first day of breakfast, I wasn’t helped to find a table, had to ask to clean the table, and even had to ask for cutlery. Overall, this is a hotel with plenty of staff but very inefficient, as they lack proper training and helpfulness. Even BCA security is better than this hotel's staff. The price is also overpriced for a room with such design and service quality.

Điểm cộng: The place was absolutely stunning, with complete amenities and beautifully detailed decor. The service was exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. Special thanks to the front office team, especially Mbak Indira, who were incredibly warm and welcoming. A huge thank you to the Tentrem team! Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to return.
Điểm trừ: The location is outside Jakarta, requiring travel through traffic. It’s very crowded on weekends, and the lobby is not very spacious.
Điểm trừ: I stay in hotel for 2 nights and pay for 03 nights , when I did checou Marli in 2 second day rnI tell for manager the date is wrong , can you return one night ?rnand he tell me if I buy with hotel ok , but booking don't return the money

Điểm trừ: Drop off entrance was quite small. Parking was a limited. nBreakfast was crowded. We were given options early in the morning or later in the morning. Even after this time-split, our group still can not enter together
