Điểm cộng: The most beautiful vacation spot in the most heavenly resort 🥰 my partner and I were absolutely impressed by the location, the beautiful grounds of this luxury hotel, the 2 stunning pools, the sensational breakfast, the exceptionally friendly staff... absolutely blown away by our extremely relaxing and comfortable stay.nnThe grounds are beautifully kept, with many sun beds and hammocks to relax either by the pool or in the gardens. 2 beautiful pools, one facing the ocean with a swim up bar, the other surrounded by art. All so relaxing and peaceful. There was also a small gallery with beautiful art. The whole setting of the hotel is tasteful, beautiful and pleasing to the eye. The staff are beyond helpful, friendly and hospitable. You feel so welcomed!nnWe had a lovely room with a nice hammock to relax, great air conditioning, very comfortable bed and pillows, nice hot shower. Everything was set out perfectly, very comfortable, clean, lovely and modern.nnBreakfast was so yummy, beautiful and perfectly baked pastries and a variety of yummy treats and drinks to choose from. Absolutely perfect location to capture the sunset in the evening, in easy walking distance from the open air cinema, lots of bars, restaurants and of course straight across from the beach! Also, free bike rentals here too! Absolutely recommend and thank you again 🥰

Đánh giá: Stay there with my wife in one of the bungalows. Very comfortable rooms, beautiful, aesthetic, and attention to detail. Very responsive staff and the pool lounging areas are amazing. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

I hope this review encourages management to upgrade the facilities.n1.tRoom & Bathroom: The rooms are small, which isn’t a big issue, but the bathrooms are in terrible condition. On Day 1, the lock on the bathroom door broke. Even after it was fixed, we kept having trouble locking it. The balcony door doesn’t lock properly either, which is a security risk.n2.tNoise Issues: The room next door had a broken door. Maintenance came to fix it late at night, and I had to ask them to stop and return the next day. The following evening, the new guests couldn’t open their door, and the staff created a ton of noise trying to help—at 1:30 AM.n3.tRestaurant: The food is terrible and way overpriced. There are far better and more affordable options at nearby restaurants and resorts. Save your money and skip the breakfast package.n4.tBikes: If you’re staying on this side of the island, you’ll need a bike—but almost all of theirs are broken. Brakes don’t work, and none of them have lights, which is dangerous at night.n5.tInternet: The Wi-Fi is awful. I missed an important work meeting because the connection kept crashing. If you’re a remote worker or running a business while traveling, do not stay here.nnThe pool is nice—but that’s about it. Until these issues are fixed, I’d recommend staying elsewhere

Đánh giá: Fantastic hotel which is right on the beach. Facilities and staff were great and the cottage we stayed in was very pleasant. The hotel is on the opposite side of the island to the port which made traveling to the hotel a little more difficult. Being one of the nicer looking hotels on the island makes the slightly more awkward journey worth it.
