Đánh giá: Weird experience and vibenThe overall hotel like haunted motel... nwhen we arrived there’s couple asking for hourly rate and the environment within the hotel building doesn’t makes you feel good. There’s a pros : location -n 5 mins walking distance to Namdaemun n15 mins to Myeongdongn

Điểm cộng: The room was good size, clean and the breakfast buffet was very good as well. I forgot an item in the room after check out but the staff kept it for me when I went back to pick it up :)

Đánh giá: Got early check in but some nights or morning we saw the female hotel staffs and they were rude. Everyday, they only give 1 towel for my family of 4 and I have to go to lobby to ask for more towels and bottled water. Door couldn’t lock every other day but nothing was stolen. So quite safe. Walking distance about 15mins from myeong Dong street so not very ideal if you want to shop especially during winter.

Đánh giá: Twin bed room was only given 1 towel even when there is 2 pax. The lady at the reception was rude when we requested for extra towel. Location wise was not very convenient as bars are just around the hotel (you could still hear people talking loudly). Overall I do not recommend to stay in this hotel if there are other choices.

Đánh giá: Location is very good. Very near Nandaemun and Meongdong is just kilometer away.

Đánh giá: Pictures of the hotel rooms should be updated, not really what I expected when I got there. nAlso, I booked a twin room which means there’s 2 ppl living in a room but the cleanliness only gave 1 towel while the face towel has 2 and it happened twice when I put the help clean sign.nBesides that, everything was decent & staff were quite okay to communicate with. Will considerate to book here again.

Đánh giá: We booked a suite room for 4 days. The room is big but not well maintained, curtains and walls were stained. Were only given bath towel, when we asked for face and hand towels, staff said they dont provide. On the 2nd day, face towels appeared in the tray ?? Weird design - bath room has no door and no hanger, toilet is lighted with 1 small orange bulb (so dim). When the toilet was blocked, the staff refused to send maintenance citing it's late. We wont be able to use the toilet if it wasnt cleared as water is almost to brim. I have to ask for tools to clear the toilet myself, can you imagine that I have to do this while on holiday??? The counter staff are so so lazy, whatever we asked for, it is always not available or they dont know. I booked this hotel cos I read good reviews, now I'm doubtful about the reviews published.

Điểm cộng: The hotel's location is perfect. Many nigh shops around that you can easily access and get either food or groceries. The room was clean and was cleaned and tided up daily.

Đánh giá: The room is furnished with outdated tiles and furniture. The wall looks dirty and rubbish under the bed. Will not stay in this hotel if go to Seoul again.

Điểm cộng: Location was amazing. We loved being across the street from Namdaemoon market. The staff was very friendly and gave lots of helpful suggestions. Love that they have coffee/tea available in the lobby and even breakfast foods in the morning. The beds were very comfortable and accommodations were great. Would definitely recommend.

Đánh giá: I paid for a suite room, as the difference from a normal room to a suite was not big thus decides to splurge alittle more but in my horror, the hotel sucks. The room door was not able to lock at all. The toliet door makes alot of noise when we close it. And the staff at the reception gave us attitude. We informed the staff that our door was not able to lock using the key card, gave us a key but still it would not lock. They say its fine to go out and all cause there is cctv outside. We stayed for 3 days and it was the most unpleasant stay. Totally not worth the price. Even though it is one of the cheaper hotels in seoul, i would much rather pay $100 more per night after having this horrible experience at this hotel. Any other accomodation seems better than this. A room that cannot lock, no security at all.
