Positive points: Mình đặt 3 phòng đôi. Nhưng phòng mình ở máy lạnh hỏng, mình đi có em bé nữa mà phòng có nhiều muỗi, sáng ngủ dậy bị đốt rất nhiều. Mình có liên hệ lễ tân là máy lạnh hỏng nhưng cũng phớt lờ. Lúc đặt phòng mình hỏi có check in sớm được không thì kêu được, cũng không nói là phụ thu gì cả. Đến lúc gần tới mình hỏi lại thì kêu phụ thu 50k/1h, mình kh thích cách cskh lắm. Cũng không có nước nóng. Chỉ phòng mình bị tình trạng như vậy, còn 2 phòng kia thì csvc khá ok
