Positive points: This room was amazing and very secure, I come to Hanoi annually to visit family and plan to book this stay every time going forward!
Negative points: The hot water didn't work at first but they had a repair technician out within HOURS, they are amazing here!
Review: It is located in great area and the owner is friendly and always willing to support. It has been the second time I came back here and totally feel comfy. The room is nice and has everything u need.n
Positive points: Super close to West Lake, easy self-checkin, and huge basement for parking. The room is clean and have all necessities, and Netflix.
Negative points: Its spring mattress. I can feel the springs in the mattress and it hurts my back. Please consider adding some toppers on it
Review: really loved the place, it was cheap yet the rooms are modern and spacious with cookware in case you want to cook.nBut first things first, it's a bit hard to find, it is located inside an alleyway (building number 9).nThere is a security door with a code to enter.nThe place provides free washing machines and a place to put your bike. The owner was very nice and answered all our questions.

Positive points: The property was on a good location nearby the lake. But we arrived late at night and the owner gave clear instructions to check in.. Overall a decent place to crash. They have microwaves, stove, n all so for the price it’s worth it.
Negative points: The rooms were sold out the other day so we couldn’t extend a stay. The bathroom’s drainage was bit hard to go.
Review: The homestay is very beautiful, the facilities are top-notch, the hotel owner is very enthusiastic, caring, and attentive. The only downside is that the entrance is a bit small, but it doesn't affect much, everyone.
Review: I have a room on 6th floor. It's well-appointed and very clean. The bed is firm as I like.nonly problem I have is loads of coffee shops nearby but a bit of a walk to get a full meal. West Lake is a very peaceful area and the price is half what I would pay in the old quarter.
