Positive points: zero...hate the owner...bloody rude....stupid!!neven booking.com did a big blunder on our booking...owner so stupid and selfish, whatsap me and requested me to cancel my booking which was accepted by booking.com. 3 staffs from booking.com handled my case but rejected my full refund...earlier all 3 staffs promised a full refund and 50% discount on my replacement booking...im really dissapointed with booking.com...i hv made a few advance booking with you for korea...athens...austria and mecca madina and now i feel like cancelling them for what booking.com has done for me
