Positive points: The room is spacious and can fit whole family of 8 comfortably. But the cleanliness of the bathroom need to be improved, the family room also at the third floor and it doesn't accommodate lift. So we need to climb stairs to the top to get into the room. nOthers are just fine.

Review: The family room was spacious, enough for 8 even more. The AC was super cool 😄 suitable for Surabaya's weather. A very recommended place to stay with family. Just a small note for the circle stairway, just be ready and keep an eye for safety.
