Đánh giá: Slalu suka nginap disini, lokasinya ok banget, strategis, bersih, pelayanan sangat memuaskan.
Điểm cộng: Location is perfect at the city center. Sarinah Mall, Plaza Indonesia & Grand Indonesia shopping mall are nearby within walking distance.nStaff are friendly, sweet smile and professional(security at the front door, receptionist, waiter at the breakfast time and housekeeper)nRoom is cleaned and spacious. Bed and pillow comfortable. The bed is little bit drown, it’s time to change to the firm one.nRestaurants, cake shop, public transport are easy to find near the hotel.
Điểm trừ: The bed is little bit drown. I felt sinking. Food’s variety need to add and rotate at least 4 cycles(breakfast time). I stay for 2 weeks and breakfast is almost the same.
Đánh giá: strategis
Điểm cộng: great stay as usual. great service.
Đánh giá: We had great time staying at this hotel. Location is centralize and easy to get around to the mall by walking. Hotel is clean and service was excellent. Breakfast spread if sufficient too. Will recommend to others and stay here in the future.
Điểm cộng: Location
Điểm trừ: Staff has no service mind. He only proceed according to the work procedure without considering dynamic circumstances. I checked in at nearly midnight , the door lock was broken instead of change the room immediately, he asked me to wait in front of the room and wait 15 mins for mechanic coming to fix it.
Đánh giá: We stayed at Holiday Inn Jakarta and were upgraded to a bigger room, which was great at the beginning , but it was in a smoking area and had a strong smell of smoke. The towels also smelled musty, which wasn’t pleasant.nnThe next day, the staff kindly moved us to a non-smoking room, which was much better. Overall, the location is great, the staff were helpful, and it was a good stay for the price — just wish the towels were fresher.n
Điểm cộng: Like the location. Get to avoid the busy/chaotic culinery street but close enough to walk there 🥰
Đánh giá: Breakfast superb
Điểm cộng: Property is in good condition, well maintained, cleannnLocation wise it is good - but ACCESS to property is very limited
Điểm trừ: 1) room is NOT sound-proof - couldnt sleep well due to the loud noise from outside propertyn2) towels are smellyn3) matrass is no longer firm and i think it needs to change
Đánh giá: Conveniently located within walking distance to both Sarinah Mall and Tanah Abang Market. Sarinah Mall offers a wide selection of halal dining options.
Điểm cộng: always great to be back. great staff. super comfortable rooms.
Điểm trừ: Breakfast could be slightly better in regards to variety when staying long time or regularly as it's my case but overall, great relation value for money.
Đánh giá: I stayed at this hotel for a recent event at GBK, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was so convenient for early morning travel, and with the mall just a short walk away, I had everything I needed within reach. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more pleasant. While the food wasn’t extravagant, it was definitely tasty and served my needs. Overall, a great stay for convenience and comfort!
Điểm cộng: Great stay. good to be back.
Đánh giá: I love this place
Điểm cộng: Location was the best and the staff was very wonderful.
Điểm trừ: The only thing the room has so little light in it. Many places in the room you just couldn’t see well even with the curtains open.
Đánh giá: Nice for staycation
Điểm cộng: Convenient location
Điểm trừ: Bedroom and bathroom lights not bright enough also no small or glow light for sleeping time
Đánh giá: awesome
Điểm cộng: The hotel and the room
Điểm trừ: Nothing
