Positive points: The hosts were absolutely amazing! They are such a kind and caring family and always went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and looked after. They made us feel like we were part of the family.

The property is a short walk to the beach which is very quiet and clean compared to other beaches. And the property is only a short scooter ride to the old town which is great.

Positive points: I've stayed for only 2 nights, not long enough. Didn't reliaised how good this little place is, Hosts Kim and her husband are amazing and found them to be really helpful and friendly. This place is so close to everything beaches, shops, old town village in Hoian, rice and coconut farms not far. Nice to meet other travellers as well. Had an amazing time

Positive points: Nice owners, rooms are fine, beds are comfy and everything is clean 🌞
Family is really nice and the breakfast is made with love (you can choose within 4 different things, which is awesome)
There english could be a bit better but they try really hard 🙈

Positive points: · The family that runs the place is super friendly and helpfull. You can ask them anything and they arrange it. We liked it that it was outside the very touristy Hoi An, and next to a very quiet and beautiful beach. The ocean is great for swimming! Our room was very clean and comfortable, the place looks cozy!
