Review: I felt super welcome at Holiday Villa Hoi an! Everything is just so nice. The owners are super kind and always there for when you need something and giving extra recommendations. The place is super clean and good looking. They offer free bikes so you can get everywhere easily! If I could I’d stay much longer. Will stay here when I come back!

Review: From getting picked up at the airport, and being dropped off again, everything was lovely about this stay. The family run hotel is very clean, bed and linens are great and the pool area is so relaxing. It is an easy walk or bike ride to the Ancient Town area of Hoi An, and yet you are in a quiet neighbourhood. The family that run this place are all extremely helpful, and friendly. Can't say enough positive about this lovely hotel.

Positive points: The owners are great and super helpful. The location is really nice and quiet and peaceful. It is a 20 minute walk from the Old Town. The room is nice and beds are super comfortable.

Review: Holiday Villas is a well run small boutique Hotel in a nice quiet part of Hoi An. An easy 15 minute walk into the Old Town but there is a shuttle bus and the hotel provides free cycles.(work well early in the day but the streets are very crowded at night). The rooms are large very clean and well equipped and overlook a small courtyard. The small pool provides a welcome cooling down after a day's exertions and a bit more exercise if needed. Breakfast is more than adequate, providing a free choice from Western and Vietnamese items (good variety), made freshly to your order. Cherry and Hoa are always available and so willing to help and advise on the best places to chill and eat or organise excursions for you. It was a pleasure to be a guest there because you are made to feel so welcome. I would happily stay again and recommend to friends and anyone visiting Hoi An. Any problems that arise (slightly leaking shower) are dealt with promptly and with concern to provide the best experience.

Positive points: EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS GREAT. WE WERE GREETED WITH PASSION FRUIT JUICE AND AS I DIDNT WANT AN ICED ONE, THEY SENT A BOTTLE OF NON-INCED VERSION TO THE ROOM. THIS FAMILY OWNED PLACE IS MANAGED VERY WELL. CHERRY AND HER PARENTS ARE ALWAYS KIND, GENEROUS AND HELPFUL. WE WILL ALWAYS GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVERYTIME WE GO TO HOI ANN

Review: The place is lovely, but the staff are AMAZING! They were very attentive and helpful during our stay, but when I left my shirt in the wardrobe, they went above and beyond in order to get it back to me. Such fantastic customer service!

Review: No need to pay excessive prices this place has it all. Big clean villa rooms. Nice gardens and cool clean pool. Breakfast is excellent. They tell me they also have family rooms but you would have to contact them directly. Staff spoke good English during the day and enough to get by on an evening. Staff were all very friendly. Would definitely stay here again no issues.

Review: Small but quiet site, with large clean rooms. Staff are excellent, swimming pool is very welcome and free of charge bikes are excellent for touring the city.

Review: The hotel is situated not far from the center, but being in a side alley, it is super calm. The rooms are very nice and the staff was always extremely kind and super helpful. You can borrow a bike free of charge + use the pool. You will also get useful information on where to go + good restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend!
