Worst receptionist ever.
She did everything in order to disturb me. Not professional at all.
She took even my key "as joke" so I couldn't open the door at the entrance. Then as the "joke" wasn't enough, she exchanged the key of my room, so I couldn't enter in my room when I came back. I had to wake up her.

Điểm cộng: Great location - walking distance to the old town and also really quiet at night. Motorbike rental available and good restaurant options close by that are much cheaper than the Old Town.

Đánh giá: Everything is very comfortable. Clean and airy with friendly and cheerful staff. Sufficient facilities.

We stood at this place twice, the reception helped us alot using Google Translator.
We will stay their again, it is good value for the Money you pay and room was big and Clean.

Đánh giá: Stayed for 3 nights. Staff are friendly though limited English. Room is big and clean. Changed room of first floor for unpleasant smell. After change to 2nd floor, all good. Impressed by their thick snow white bath towels.

Đánh giá: Phòng ốc hơi xa trung tâm, không được sạch sẽ, cả giường đệm và phòng đều có mùi ẩm mốc. Điểm cộng là phòng ốc rộng rãi, nhân viên nice, nhóm mình ở 4 người 2 giường lớn cũng khá ok
