Positive points: We like the location...just enough walking distance to the Old Town, tailor shops, restaurants.

The hotel is much more than value for money.
The front desk staff is very accommodating.

Positive points: Wonderful staff, cute spot, tasty breakfast. Helped hold onto a debit card delivery before we arrived and a custom dress dropped off while we were out. Everyone was so kind and friendly. A lovely stay!

Positive points: All of the staff are absolutely amazing, accommodating, and genuinely lovely people. Our room was very nice too. Had a couple of small issues like the bathroom vent not working and a partially clogged shower drain, but not big enough of an issue to overshadow how incredibly nice the staff are. Would 100% stay here again!

Review: Once again this is our hotel of choice in Hoi An. We are treated like family, the children felt that it was their family home. A couple of hiccups with the rooms were quickly sorted. Cool air con is wonderful after a warm day. Pool is perfect to relax in. Madam An and her wonderful staff could not do enough for us. Choice of foods made freshly by Ms Cuc, Lien, Ny, Cookie and the rest of the staff made our annual stay, yet again a great experience. Inhouse massage centre, assistance with all transport. Even checking on us when not feeling well with a cold. Perfectly imperfect, as we all are. Will be staying again next year with our group.

Review: I booked on Agoda when I was close to Hoi An. When I arrived, the receptionist was very friendly and lovely. I have been to Hoi An three times, but this time I was the most satisfied. The hotel is clean, the location is convenient, and I will definitely come back next time.

Review: It's not a 4 star hotel. Otoh the staff are very nice. Always a smile. A bit lax when natives are making noise in the pool at a late hour but I understand. Breakfast is ok. Buffet is enough if uninspired. Coffee is good. Room was a good dize

Positive points: The staff was amazing, kind and caring, assistance with any question, we received a cake and a gift when we left the hotel, we booked one night and stayed 7 nights, the breakfast is excellent and meets all expectations.

Positive points: The staff were lovely and very attentive. Breakfast was really nice and they even prepared a takeaway option when we had to leave early in the morning for the airport. They also offered taxi to the airport at a really good rate compared to Grab.

Review: We loved staying here! Location was great, service was so nice, everyone is very friendly! They even gave us a goodbye gift that I will keep forever 🥰 The rooms were comfortable, with great A/C (a must) and had everything we needed for such an affordable price. Definitely would come back!

Positive points: Very close to everything we are interested in at Hoi An. Staff is excellent and friendly. Breakfast is good and lunch is good also. The spring rolls was exceptional. The spa was great. Car service from/to airport is good value.
