Positive points: Good location. Good service, all employees very kind and responsive.
Negative points: The Hotel is old. Rooms needs a refurnish. Room Carpets were dirty and ugly to step on.
Positive points: Free wi-fi was rather poor, I had to call the reception three time before it was fixed.
Review: Clean and easy location with friendly staff
Positive points: this was my third stay at Hilton Garden. Ut is comforting to walk out if your hotel and not struggle with scooters parked everywhere. The hotel is a short walk to Old Quarter. convenience store across the road and good eateries not far away
Negative points: no complaints, all was good
Review: The room is spacious, clean, and conveniently located near attractions. Easy access to nearby restaurants. Everything is fine. 9/10
Positive points: The staff are exemplary and the location is ideal, close to restaurants (bún chả Obama, chicken pho …) and street food vendors.
Negative points: The suite room size which is very small for a suite. It’s much smaller than the suite in Melia hotel.

Positive points: Generally okay hotel but quite dated. Not super close to main centre but close to office buildings.
Negative points: Dated rooms and glasses were not very clean. Probably would not stay here again in future.
