Review: Good soundproof room, has a washer and dryer, located right in the center near a convenience store and pharmacy, surrounded by eateries. The hotel notes that a complimentary coffee is offered every day, but on public holidays, the café below the hotel doesn't sell coffee, so there is no free coffee, which is a bit disappointing.
Positive points: Close to airport if you want to avoid traffic jam during rush hours, surrounding by many restaurants and cafe, 24 hours convenient stores.
Negative points: None
Review: The facilities is exceptional. Location is near airprt 1.5km away but major tourist attraction like walking streets are very away like 10 km in D1. But these areas are good and developed and lot of stores coffee shops food down the hotel in 100m just walk.😃
Positive points: Great location, room is spacious with a washing/drying machine. You can have guests coming over but they need to leave by 10pm as per the policy of the place.
Negative points: the facilities in the room is too old and they got issues every 2-3 days. This is extremely annoying although the staff were quickly to get them fixed. Thus, I am bot recommending this place to anyone who plans to stay longer than 1 week.

Review: kitchen in the room is great but also attracted the insect.
Positive points: Even though we got the small room, it still felt very homey and spacious, and looked better than the photos. The host and staff were very friendly as they accommodated every one of our requests. Wifi is strong too.
Negative points: There were ants by the bed area when we first checked in but not so much that we were really bothered by it.

Review: The room is nice and was organized with suffficient facilities for long stay. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and really like the place. The free coffee was also so good. Recommended for travelers either single or couple.
Positive points: Great location, all facilities are new and you can use washing machine for free.
Negative points: Good luck finding the staff or this apartment’s owner.
Review: BEN and his staff are very welcoming and helpful. BEN speaks very good English and certainly did everything possible to make me feel welcome on my first trip to Vietnam. The room was clean and modern and the bed was so comfortable. Access to a clean kitchen and the smell of fresh roasting coffee from downstairs made this a unique and comfortable home stay. Thank you for the excellent hospitality !

- there are bugs sometimes: mosquitoes near the curtain, ants on kitchen counter and once, I saw a cockroach near the bin
- aircon's remote control display is kind of broken
- being in the room generate a lot of static electricity, especially on the bed
- No private entrance so you will have to walk through the cafe's main entrance through guests and staffs

Review: Home có thiết kế màu pastel rất xinh xắn. Vật dụng gọn gàng sạch sẽ, có máy giặt và máy sấy dùng miễn phí ở tầng 1. Ngoài ra mỗi ngày đều được uống cafe miễn phí từ xe cà phê bên dưới. Buổi chiều có xe bán bánh mì nhìn cũng khá ngon. Home kế bên nhà thuốc và cách Ministop khoảng 50m nên rất thuận tiện để mua thêm nhu yếu phẩm nếu cần.
