Điểm cộng: Great location in a busy area with lots of restaurants nearby, but then you walk up the passageway to the property and suddenly you’re in the rice fields, and it’s so serene, quiet and beautiful. Lovely view from the balcony. Staff were amazing. I’d return in a heartbeat.

Điểm cộng: This majestic spot is close to everything in center yet tucked away from the busyness! Many have commented on it being a bit difficult to access, which is fair, particularly if mobility is an issue for you. If not, the tucked away nature of it adds to the magic. There is a path through the rice fields in the back which is a lovely walk and brings you right to center. The hotel grounds are stunning, so lush and beautifully maintained! The staff is wonderful. The bed is comfy! Great choice if you want to be close to center but also have your peace!

Đánh giá: We simply loved Gynandha and will return as soon as able with the rest of the family in tow.
Magical little place just far enough from busy Ubud to be tranquil but close enough to keep you occupied. The location is also right beside several rice field walks which were a pleasure first thing in the morning.
The hotel has the most wonderful kind staff and everything they provide is of an excellent standard and very reasonably priced.
I have no reservation when recommending Gynandha Cottage.

Đánh giá: Horrible location, not accessible by car and need to walk thru a uphill access private road and small alleyway by the canal. Pool is so small and not mean for lap

Pool is beautiful and grounds are well kept. A/C worked well, room was also good, bed was comfy and room was clean

Was enormous and clean, hot water enough to fill bathtub.
Thin duvet for the bed instead of blanket was pleasant.
Smart tv with netflix.

Pool was clean and great for kids who can swim a bit already, garden lush green and very beautiful.

Beware that rooms on second floor (#2**) are in level with pool and restaurant areas and there is a full view of your room and bathroom from there as both rooms have full top-floor glass panes facing the garden. Besides the lack of privacy the room was nice.

Food ok.

I have nothing to complain about except the price.

Đánh giá: I would say it is good hotel but not for the money. It is overpriced. Big room but some bad smell from bed and towels. They don't dry towel properly. Breakfast is soso you have to talk the staff everytime. Before you arrive you need to call the hotel. The hotel is not accessible by a car.

Đánh giá: We stayed 3 nights and loved the stay. The location is close enough to walk to all the restaurants/shops/monkey Forrest/temple. It is a 3 min walk off the main road so it is peaceful and quiet with an amazing view of the rice fields. The room, pool, and facilities are as beautiful as the photos and all extremely clean! All the staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone.

Đánh giá: It’s a quiet place! Love the rice field view from the balcony. A short walk from the main street in Ubud. But it’s not accessible by car, so you need to walk through a small alley to reach. Overall, it’s a good stay.

Đánh giá: Owned by a local Balinese family. This property has such a sweet and authentic feel. The rooms are clean and quiet which are priority for me. The beds were to form for me and I suggested for the owners to get mattress toppers to offer guests if desired. There are no cars allowed to the neighborhood which can’t be complicated when traveling with a lot of luggage or if it is raining upon arrival. The staff will certainly help you with your luggage and getting you from the street where a taxi might drop you off, to the hotel accommodations. You are in close proximity to rice fields and to town it’s the best of both worlds for those who enjoy walking. The hotel food is nothing to write home about but the pool is lovely. The staff is very helpful, kind and makes you feel safe. if I could get a mattress topper for better sleep, I would certainly book again for a longer stay!
