Review: Great little apartment set up just 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of night markets etc. Day spas and restaurants all very close by and some mini marts. Staff were all lovely. The love little lady who comes every morning to bring fresh towels etc also provides a washing basket and does all your washing each morning and hands it back folded each day!

Positive points: great location, big spacious room and the host was super friendly and supportive through messaging. would definitely recommend

Positive points: Our apartment was a fully self contained unit equipped with 2 fridges and a kitchen with all the utensils you would require to cook anything (see photos and videos). The bedroom was very spacious with a very nice bathroom..... everything exactly the same as the pictures published on booking.com. I really enjoyed the 2 balconies ( 1 for the early mornings and the other for those balmy evenings in Hoi An).
A nice touch was the water fountain (cooler) in the kitchen.
The staff was friendly and efficient keeping everything spotless even our laundry.
The owner who owns a tailor shop called RED APPLE nearby can also provide all your tailoring needs.

Review: The property is in a great location, offering a large, clean bedroom, off a shared well stocked kitchen with dining table. It is walking distance to Hoi An Memory Land, with easy access to river side restaurants with delicious local dishes. The owner is incredibly kind and accommodating and will support with information and guide you to the best of Hoi An opportunities (including great tailor). It is in a quiet lane so very peaceful but very close to the action. Recommended for those seeking a value for money option.

Positive points: Comfortable room, good location near river and short ride to town on bicycles. Owner and staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and modern apartment. Kitchen cooking appliances, pots and pans new and clean.

Review: Not an 'apartment' but a homestay, the owner lived in the building and there is no living area like an apartment, or a washing machine in the actual 'apartment'. False advertising in my books and way overpriced for a so-called homestay with a communal washing machine and dryer, and 2 rooms that are like a bedsit / homestay with a bathroom in each, and a shared kitchen. The mirrors on the wall with no plug sockets so you can plug a hairdryer in, and no socket on the bathroom. There is no air filter that works in the bathroom, no glass enclosure shower, so the water sprays everywhere due to the ill fitted showerhead which cannot really be adjusted. One thing that did bother me is there are no curtains or blinds on the door and window at the front entrance, and on a couple of occasions the owner would stand outside the door staring in through…weird! Rather than sending me a message and waiting for a response she’d stand there, privacy is obviously not important to her, and she doesn’t have much patience when she wanted things done to her schedule! Next was the fact someone came into the ‘apartment’ I was renting and attended to the plants on the balcony when I was out, no one asked if they could come in, they just did! Not acceptable, my privacy is very important and someone just thinking they can wander in when they like is NOT ON! Her English and cultural (privacy being the main one) understanding was not good. I had to clean mould off the chopping board and wipe down quite a few surfaces when I arrived, and the cleaners they use do a very poor job. I stayed because I need to until I could find a real ‘apartment’, otherwise I’d not have extended more days. Work should be done to fix several things and understanding of private space, which would there if it was an actual apartment.

Positive points: The apartment is very comfortable, it had everything we needed, and it was spotlessly clean.

As for the location, it's not very close to the center, but it's just a walking distance and the walk alongside the river is beautiful!

Review: This is a recently built, stylishly furnished and comfortable , apartment with kitchen shared between two apartments. Quiet area.
Important to check seasonal whether conditions for Hoi an in rainy season.

Review: Fantastic apartments in Hoi An. Everything was brand new and extremely modern. The shower was fantastic, super comfy beds and I really enjoyed the smart TV. The host was super friendly and made us feel at home. I will stay again the next time I'm in Hoi An.

Positive points: Great place, we liked it so much, we booked a month here. The owner Nhi is very helpful and friendly, and the apartment is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well appointed with lots of good pots and pans and utensils, and lovely decor. The rooms are very clean, and air conditioned. The apartments are close to the river and close to Old Town Hoi An. This is a great place, we highly recommend it!

Review: Căn hộ rất mới/ mọi thứ đều mới. Ban công đẹp/ tầm nhìn tốt. Điều hòa tốt và các tiện nghi bếp chung (với một căn hộ khác). Wifi tốt/ nước nóng. Phòng/ khách sạn rất sạch sẽ. Vị trí hoàn hảo cho việc đi bộ ra sông/ vào trung tâm thành phố (12-15 phút). Rất yên tĩnh. Tất cả các tiện nghi có sẵn. Nước nóng/ khăn tắm sạch sẽ, v.v. Chủ nhà có sẵn qua WhatsApp.

Positive points: Within walking distance to ATM, MiniMart, many local eateries and street food vendors. Very friendly and helpful owner Nhi. She can arrange anything for you. Laundry also done for you on the property. This property is excellent for both long or short term stay. We stayed for a long time and found the kitchen to be a perfect amenity.

Khá mới, thực tế có thể tôi là khách đầu tiên của họ, căn hộ được trang trí đẹp, với một phòng tắm lớn (nước nóng!), nhiều khu vực ngồi, một ban công và một mái nhà mở với tầm nhìn tuyệt đẹp. Sạch sẽ, thoải mái, với một chiếc giường khổng lồ, phòng có máy điều hòa, tủ lạnh/máy đá lớn hơn bình thường và được trang bị tốt, cũng như một chiếc TV thông minh. Có một bếp chung theo mỗi tầng mới, rộng rãi với bàn ăn và được trang bị đầy đủ để nấu ăn! Vị trí không thể tốt hơn. Nó nằm ở một khu vực yên tĩnh, nhưng vẫn trung tâm đến tất cả những phần tốt nhất của Hội An. Chỉ cách sông vài mét và đối diện với cây cầu đầy màu sắc và những chiếc thuyền đến Đảo Ký Ức, khu vực này có nhiều nhà hàng địa phương, quầy hàng và cửa hàng. Chỉ cần đi bộ 10 phút dọc theo sông và bạn sẽ ở ngay trung tâm Phố Cổ. Chủ nhà và gia đình của cô ấy luôn sẵn sàng và sẵn lòng giúp đỡ bất cứ điều gì. Tôi cảm thấy như ở nhà ngay từ lúc tôi đến. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ đặt chỗ tại bất động sản này một lần nữa!

Positive points: We absolutely loved our stay at Green Meadows Apartment. Nhi and her family are the perfect hosts and make you feel very cared for. Anytime we needed anything, Nhi and her family quickly accommodated us. The apartment is big and clean with a lovely balcony. The shared kitchen has everything, and we were provided with lots of drinking water and amenities. The location is nice and quiet, 10 minute walk to Old Town and right near the river for lots of nice restaurants. We were able to rent a scooter, and bicycles are available too. Nhi always gave us lots of Hoi An recommendations and tips, and brought us a lovely breakfast. Make sure you also visit Nhi’s tailoring business, Red Apple, for beautifully made clothing. Loved it here, highly recommend to feel at home in Hoi An.
