Đánh giá: We book an additional day in advance with our supposedly arrival date because we know we will be arriving at midnight but when we arrived at the location we were denied to enter because the staff said we should suppose to come on the day that we booked since it is midnight we left with no choice but to book a room in the same place by paying cash cause we wanted to rest to our surprised the room that was given to has is so hot the ac is not working. We were forced to evacuate the room and look for another hotel the area. Never again on this place!!!!

Đánh giá: the staff I appreciate more because our attendance was a bit confusing. the room was so good and mom loved that. will bring family come back again to find out another thing in Sarinah nn
