Review: Lokasi sangat strategis, di tengah kota. Request kamar terpenuhi, kamar tidak berisik. Staff ramah, channel tv banyak, wifi cukup baik, ada welcome drink di rooftop. Tanjakan masuk lobby curam.nnKebersihan kamar kurang, bisa ditingkatkan lagi: ada noda hitam seperti tinta di sprei, handuk warnanya sudah gelap, yang parahnya di gelas minum ada yg masih terasa manis² seperti belum bersih banget dicucinya dan gelas kumur di wc jg ada yang masih tercium bau rokok. Wastafel agak lama drainasenya, shower juga setelah dipakai di malam hari besok paginya masih ada genangan. Ac sedang saja, tidak panas tidak dingin juga.
Positive points: Good Wifi and close to a market and KFC.
Negative points: The staff stated if I wanted a smoking or non smoking only to tell me that they only have smoking rooms left. Dont think their English was the greatest as she initially said there was a non smoking room available if I wanted it. Staff stated I did not request a non smoking room well there wasnt that option when I booked. She tried to salvage with an air-fresher but the entire room was already soaked with cigarette smoke from previous stays.

Positive points: Convenient location in the city. Price is reasonable. The restaurant is convenient. Customer service was ok. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Negative points: Hotel is not in a walkable area. Service seems a bit slow.

Review: Me and my boyfriend originally booked for 3 nights but we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave the buffet breakfast the room and the staff was so lovely to us that we had to extend our stay for another night! Definitely did not want to leave as it’s such good value for money, would recommend to anyone!

Review: Beberapa kali sudah menginap di hotel ini, bisa late cek out juga sampai jam 4 sore (dengan tambahan biaya).. menu sarapan tergolong banyak dan hampir semua cocok dengan saya.. lokasi hotel sangat strategis d tengah kota, d dekat hotel juga banyak minimarket dan penjual makanan.. staff juga membantu dengan baik sekali.
Positive points: The staff really help in solving our problems
Negative points: We stay 3 nights there, but at that time we arrive n did late check in, the staff told us that the non smoking room was full n they gave us the smooking room. We can not sleep at that time n ask for moving to non smooking room at the 2nd n 3rd day.
