评价： Sorry saya harus kasih review jelek. Karena hotel dengan nama keren, tapi fasilitasnya benar2 tidak dirawat.nSaya menginap di kamar di lantai 8, ada bagian kaca bisa tembus di kamar sebelah. Jadi bisa saling lihat.nnSudah gitu, suaranya tembus. Mana kamar yang sebelahnya lagi suka teriak2.nnTolong diperhatikan lagi untuk privacy tamu!!!nnUntuk staff juga kurang ramah.nnUntuk sarapan ok, banyak variasi menu.nAda kopi v60 juga.

缺点： Room dan be cleaner. Staff should know receptionist extension number. Room was hot when I arrived and one lady came to the room and made it even hotter and worse. Not a good experience during mya arrival at the hotel

优点： Big breakfast - a lot of food choices. Local and western.

优点： Location is quite strategic and easy to reach from many differrent directions. The room is OK for obe guest like me, but if you put another one, you may have to.book a bigger room for comfort.
缺点： Staff needs capacity building training as their response was slow and kind of below expectation for a **** hotel. But those at the front desk were OK.

缺点： it needs some serious renovations carpets were dirty bathroom wasn’t nice the chairs are too old…the bathroom in the ground floor was so bad I didn’t dare to look at the walls or the ceiling

优点： Location was good, bed was comfortable
缺点： I expected alot with the paid price, but I have a lot of complaints: Room was noisy, you can hear your neighbours talking and phone calls, I can even hear them tapping at the window. A tile from the floor broke lose. Breakfast was average at best. The bathroom amenities were very poor, I mean with such price you cant even provide individual soaps???. Internet keep disconnecting every few minutes. At average, I feel like staying at those 2 stars hotels

Already reported from morning, until evening they have not been fixed. There should be a solution.parking area is inadequate, although there is valet parking.small swimming pool
