Review: The location is good, the room is clean and wide, the staffs are good and polite. Really comfortable
Positive points: The staff, the food, the room
Negative points: The AC is not quite cold
Review: all facilities is good except for the hot water not turning on at my room, but for staff and evrtyhing is good
Positive points: We rented the Family Loft and it was perfect for my family.
Negative points: The bathroom was difficult to approach at night time from the second floor. maybe some safety lights on the steps might help
Review: We got best view. All room clean. Perfect. Best thing is the shampoo & soap.
Positive points: Dont expect too much. I've got discount rate so its kinda cheap for downtown hotel. No problem if you just need place for rest.
Negative points: Once i've got there, the system was down so no one can enter to room. I was waiting for about 30 minutes with other people. And the parking lot is something else. If you bring big car, its a big no no.
Positive points: they have a room for 4 people.nit's really nice when we go with family or as a group so no need to book separate rooms.
Negative points: the bathroom is quite old, the hot water didn't work that hot. it's only warm water.

Review: The room it's nice, it has mountain and city view and the ceiling it's high too. The toilet it's ok, but the water heater it was not working properly. They provide smart tv but it's not included the free account to access some platform, like Netflix and etc. Then, when I and my family went to sauna and ask the towels, they only gave us 2 towels instead of 4 (because we paid for 4 person). Although they also gave what we want but still it was little bit bad experience (they gave us after we confront the staff that we paid for 4 person). The basement it's so small so you need to have good skills driving for park your car in here. The rest it's good, breakfast is nice tho.
Positive points: I stayed with 4 kids in the family love. the small kids love the room as we could stay in one room. the big kids loved the gym. Entering the car park with elevator was a nice entertainment for the smaller kids :). rnrnLocation is superb
Negative points: Breakfast were just so so, there were varieties but the taste not that good. I would prefer having small varieties with more flavor. I didn't like the coffee but luckily a good coffee shop just down the street next to the hotel.
