Đánh giá: Strategic hotel across the beach. Can exercise in the morning while enjoying the beach just by walking. The concern is that the wifi connection is very slow and often even unconnected. Hopefully it will be an improvement. Overall good hotel. Thank you

Điểm trừ: Only the location was good, just 1 min opposite walk to Tanjung Pandan beach.nnOverall service of the hotel was poor.nnWiFi was very weak specially in the room. nnDeluxe room was mentioned sea view but it was fully interrupted by trees, no sea view.nnTwin room was mentioned in the booking time with sea view but at the reception said, no twin room has sea view option.nnWe took deluxe double room, the room size was good but wash room door was slightly broken. nnAt breakfast time, the live food section cook was not available for 10 mins or so, we had to notify them multiple times to appear.nnBreakfast menu was very limited & inadequate.nnOverall air condition of the hotel was not good at all, specially at the lobby.nnRoom A/C was not cooling adequately.nnOne of our room A/C was leaking with water, had to call mechanic to fix.nnSwimming pool area service was worst, we had to wait & notify 4/5 times to get few towels.

Điểm cộng: Breakfast was sometimes very good. AC and hot water usually worked. Nice big swimming pool.
Điểm trừ: Stains on sheets and towels which really shouldn't be an issue at a four star hotel. Reception hung up on me when I called and asked them a question in English.

Đánh giá: Facilities are a bit old but Breakfast is good with a lot of options.nThe location is great, right by the sea, so you could have a sunset time in a few steps. The surrounding also provides a wide range of restaurants with lively night life.
