Điểm cộng: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! All the staff were great, but the one who truly stood out was Amelia at the reception. She was incredibly kind and welcoming,her unique, warm smile made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Amelia is definitely a great asset to the hotel and was very accommodating throughout our stay.The hotel itself is conveniently located right next to the airport,which was perfect for our travel plans.The facilities are new, modern, and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Điểm cộng: The Grand Anara is a great choice for a comfortable stay near (at) the airport. The facility seems new, and our nroom featured nice, white bedding and towels, comfy beds, and a sparkling clean bathroom. It was quiet and breakfast was a solid buffet with Asian and western choices in an attractive dining room. nnThe best part of the hotel is its convenient location, a short overpass walk from Terminal 3. nnThe Grand Anara is also a great value, half the price of its sister facility (?) the Anara Hotel (at the other end of Terminal 3) and much less than the Sheraton Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport Hotel, which we stayed at previously and which had old, grey sheets and towels and a slow draining shower. nnAs other reviewers mention, the hotel is tricky to find. Facing T3 (from exterior) it's on the far right. Take the overpass/nskybridge (Level 1, not Ground Floor) towards the domestic parking garage. The hotel is on the left past the A&W. 😃

Đánh giá: Dekat dengan Terminal Domestik di T3 bandara CGK.nHotelnya masih baru dan bersih, teknologinya juga cukup maju.nAda free welcome drink.nSarapan enak, walau belum banyak pilihan menu.nStaff banyak yang ramah, tapi ada beberapa yang masih cuek kalau ketemu tamu.

Đánh giá: VERY UNSAFE HOTEL. NO STAFF URGENCY AND ACTION ON SECURITY INCIDENT. After checking in late, around 12-1230AM past midnight, someone knocked on my door and I was not expecting anything so I screamed at him to leave! I could see part of the person from the door eyehole but did not recognize him. He left then slipped a note under my door (attached picture!). It was a terrifying experience in the middle of the night and I could not sleep at all! I asked the staff to come and check the hallway and they did, gave them the note under my door — which they kept. I have been asking for a screenshot of the security footage from that night and they keep saying no. What is more important: a woman’s right to safety or whoever the hotel is protecting in that security footage? This is unacceptable.
