Review: Good and clean hotel but the room is so small n without a window
Positive points: Everything is good and decent
Negative points: The room smells humid like not has been cleaned for a long time
Review: The room is decorated in a warm and elegant cream tone, with full and convenient amenities, and a super clean and luxurious toilet and bathtub. The reception staff are super cute and enthusiastic, and even turned on the air conditioning in advance to make the room cool upon arrival. Overall, it was the best experience within my budget!

Review: Everything was great. Supper clean, room is comfortable with bath tub. View is alright not too good but enjoyable. I even decided to stay longer and would recommend this to everyone. Staff is supper supportive and available for you all the time, what a cute girl and the owners also really nice 😊😊😊

Review: Khách sạn tuy nhỏ nhưng rất sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, nhân viên thân thiện và hiếu khách. Sẽ quay lại.
Negative points:
Room has a very bad smell despite I asked them to clean thoroughly for 2 times. Can't live in there. Period! It makes me vomit. The staff does not want to change my room and say no more room available until I told them I can't live in there. Changed the room, the other room has the same smell but less. After 1 or 2 hours, it increased and I can no longer be able to live in there. I had to find another hotel. They didn't refund me when I checked out early than what I booked. I don't know why this hotel has a high rating. Maybe those rating are fake ratings.
The cleaning staff is very bad as well. They kept messing my stuff for 2 days until I said that is it!. What do they think they need to touch my stuff and put them together in 1 plastic bag???? They put my facemask, my skincare products, shampoo, hair wash products, and other dirty stuff into 1 bag?? Do they think I will use the clean facemask after they put into that dirty bag?
You are better stay away from this hotel and you will thanks me for that.
I changed hotel even they didn't refund me the money.

Positive points: Location is in a quiet area of District 7 with a lot of restaurants/bars/malls nearby in walking distance, but is a little far from most nightlife/tourist areas (15-20mins by Grabbike/car). It was good for me because I didn't need to go to the city center very often. Housekeeping would ask me everyday if I wanted my room cleaned as I left the hotel, even at different times of the day.
Negative points: The hot water in the toilet sometimes was not very hot, no other real complaints.
