This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I researched to get the best stay for the money and hot the jackpot. My husband absolutely loved this place. All of the rooms include breakfast (incredible….with many choices of foods, specialty coffees and juices) and cocktail hour (6p-8p) with many options of appetizers and cocktails (rum, whiskey, vodka, beer, 4 types of wine). There is a refrigerator in the lobby with sodas, etc that are available to guests 24 hours a day. The room we chose was one bedroom with king bed, a large TV and lots of closet/storage space and a safe. A living room with a couch, chair, large TV and a table. The bedroom and living room have floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful, peaceful river. They both also have electronic curtain closures for both day and night curtains. The full kitchen is well stocked although we did no real cooking, and has a nespresso type coffee machine and the pods are restocked as requested (I just left the housekeeper a note). The bathroom is very comfortable with a separate/private toilet room, rain shower with all amenities and Dyson hair dryer. In the lobby, there are 3 bikes with baskets for your backpack and 3 or 4 scooters to take out. They are NOT electric but that’s not necessary as it is mostly flat along the river. We rode the bikes many days even all the way to Marina Bay Sands, it was one of the highlights of our stay. If you can’t tell, we were very impressed with Fraser residence promenade Singapore!! The staff were all first class!!

Fraser Residences seems extremely keen on making your stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are fully furnished service apartments, complete with kitchen and washer/dryer combo. The interior is clean and modern, with design choices that give comfort and maximize utility in a relatively cozy space. There’s a pool and gym. Breakfast is bountiful and decently flavorful. The place is within 5-10 min of two MRT stations and a large shopping mall, along with a park and trails made for morning commutes by foot, bike, or scooter, making this a great spot to start your Singapore travels from. Plus, it’s located in a really peaceful residential area, so you’re set for safety.

What really stood out to me however, were the tiny bells and whistles of service: complimentary macarons and bottle, free TWG tea and coffee, a complimentary cocktail in the afternoon, AND complimentary bike and scooter access. On my last day on checkout, I kindly asked for a baggage scale and they provided it swiftly with no delay. Service like this adds so much to the stay.

The only caveat you need to mind is due to rules and regulations within Singapore, stays must be at least 6 days long.

Other than that, if you’re willing to splurge a little more and pay top dollar for comfortable, convenient accommodations, you can’t go wrong with this place.

Greeted by super warm staff who always check in how are days are with warm smile.

Hotel room was clean with sterra machine, equipped with Dyson hair dryer, Bluetooth speaker, can pair with smart tv and u can always wash ur clothes with in room dryer and washer. Detergent was provided too.
Daily house keeping provided.

Bathroom and toilet have just nice space for one person and kind of can hear the water and sound when u in toilet (just a note for some people who might not be comfortable if sharing room) u can just switch on loud music if u need to do a business. Haha

Lounge was decked with coffee, soft drinks, tea, milk, fruits, snacks and cereals for 24 hours. Very quiet and good space to hang out. My partner and me literally spent all our time there. Good place to work too as tables are decked with usb and charger ports.

Breakfast and cocktail hours are included. (Do no expect a spread) . Food was warm and more of bites rather than full meal. It works for me and my partner: SUPER LOVE THE LOCATION.

Oh yes, bikes and scooters are up for rent for 24 hours! Nice to use around Singapore river. U won’t regret booking this place!!!!!

Fraser Residence Riverside is located on the river a 10 to 15 minutes walk to Clarke Quay, with a wide variety of good restaurants located before reaching Clarke Quay. Havelock MRT is right across the road and there is a shuttle bus running each day to shopping areas. Rooms are new and decor is modern and bed super comfortable. There is a washer/dryer in our deluxe room. Breakfast is more continental and would benefit from having cold meats added to it which is the only thing lacking. Evening cocktail hour is free flowing and good selection of nibbles. 24hr coffee and cool drinks should you need it. There is no bar on site, however there are enough around the property should you need one. Pool area is nice and pool well maintained and not crowded. Staff are super friendly. Great value for money. Would definitely return.

We had an amazing time at Fraser Residence River Promenade. The staff are so helpful and approachable. Special mention to Shervica who was so friendly. Thank you. The hotel is very new, clean and stylish. The breakfast was very good and the happy hour is excellent and we really appreciated it after a day of sightseeing. The rooms have everything you could possibly need. The hotel is located near the river, in a quiet leafy area and close to plenty of restaurants. The MRT is located 5 minutes walk. We loved using the free bikes to ride around the river. We will definitely be staying there again. Thank you.
