Đánh giá: Linked walkway to the attached shopping mall is great. Dining options are great, including the breakfast and good room amenities. Will come again if I need to come to Manado again (and can afford it)

We had a late flight home and requested a late check-out, which they kindly granted—really appreciated their flexibility and warm hospitality.rnrnHighly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Manado!
Đánh giá: Hotel well located. Very high level of service and friendliness. Pool nice and clean. Gym better than usual for these remote locations. Breakfast was big and lots of nice local food. In reasonable condition but minor maintenance issues, minor dripping water from bathroom ceiling, towels and bedding could definitely use a refresh. But we slept well and felt comfortable here. We will stay here again later this month and would recommend it.

Điểm cộng: The comfort of the bed, the pressure of hot water shower, the AC working very well.rnThe food we order from room service was ok, not top as I would expect from a hotel of this level, but we enjoyed it.
Điểm trừ: The value for money is not the best for sure, being 2-3 times the price of other hotel in town.
Đánh giá: We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very courteous staff. Huge and clean rooms.nGreat swimming pool & location is perfect, just beside the Mall.

Điểm trừ: Room is a bit small. Refill body soap almost empty and 2nd day also not filled. Seems cleaning service never check before guest coming and 2nd day of my stay also not checking.
Đánh giá: Attached to a large mall with lots of food options and shops. Staff was amazing, bed was the most comfortable we slept on in Indonesia over the last month!

Điểm trừ: It is surprising that there are nu drinks in the minibar in the room.nnI miss the extra luxury we find in other , more simple hotels !nnWe came from the wonderful bunaken and we didn’t like manado with the shoppingmalls nnWe booked sea view and they send us to a town view room.. wenn we returned to the reception they send us to a room where we smelt smoke ! The third time we got the room we booked

Điểm cộng: Absolutely amazing staff and one of the best breakfasts I’ve seen in a hotel. The rooms are super comfortable and the pool is amazing. It’s right in the centre of the manado, with a mall attached to it. If you keep going left after leaving the hotel to the Main Street you also get to megamas in around 15min. The hotel is a gem in the middle of manado city centre.
