Review: Staff is great but the toilet sink was not working but it was fixed immediately and staff provided other things I need pretty quickly . But swimming pool was not good and need to pay for using a pool.

Review: Booked the apartment with mum and infant, the room that was allocated was very dirty. Sheets were dirty, toilets smelt, there was no bin, remote control for TV was missing. I've seen other reviewers saying that had missing remote also ,which appears that they may have been allocated the same room. Requested for a new room, the lady was not accommodating until we repeatedly requested for the change. nAircon was not also working, we had it on high but was not cold. nBooking was via Ago app however a 3rd party had allocated the keys, getting in contact with them was difficult.nI would not recommend

Review: I had a very disappointing experience with this stay and would not recommend it based on the room quality and service.nnWhen I first checked in, the room was missing several basic amenities. There was no TV remote, no slippers (even though other rooms clearly had them), and most importantly, there was no internet at all. This made the stay extremely inconvenient.nnThe cleanliness was also unacceptable. There were ants everywhere — on the dining table, around the sink in the bathroom, and even on the bed. I was actually bitten while lying on the bed and ended up with five swollen spots on my arm. This is completely unacceptable for any accommodation.nnI requested a room change multiple times due to these issues, but it took a long time before the staff finally agreed to move me. The delay showed a lack of urgency and concern for guest comfort.nnTo make matters worse, when I switched rooms, I accidentally left behind a pair of expensive shoes. When I contacted the property about it, they claimed the shoes were not in the room, even though I am certain I did not take them anywhere else. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing.nnOverall, the poor hygiene, lack of basic amenities, slow response from staff, and unresolved issue with my missing belongings made this a very negative experience.
