Negative points: Update after the Property response: rnAt 11:12, this property was still listed as available on Booking.com as following in the advertised check-in window from 2pm to 12AM.rnIf this unit was not available from 11 pm, it should not have been bookable after 11 pm or the moment it was not availablernrnThe claim that I didn't show up before 11 pm is dishonest, as the owners know I booked after 11 pmrnIt is clearly written in the information provided by the owner that the check-in is from 2 PM to 12 PM, so there would still be 48mn for me after the booking and to show up and take the room.rnBUT I got the message that it was fully booked and unavailable exactly 4 minutes after I got the booking confirmation.rnrnThis property was fraudulently listed as available, allowing you to book only for them to announce it was unavailable at the last minute. This left me unable to find any alternative solution during the Quốc Khánh holiday. I hope Booking.com investigates this soon meanwhile, I'll let karma handle the rest.
Positive points: The apartment is centrally located, which makes it convenient to get around the city.
Negative points: Right next to the building, there is ongoing construction, which is extremely noisy. The cleanliness was disappointing — the floor was quite dirty. The bathroom sink is unusually high and not very practical for average Vietnamese users. The amenities are very basic and nothing stands out. The refrigerator had a very strong durian smell, which was quite unpleasant.
Positive points: Vuong is genuinely kind and friendly. We didn't have to wait any moment when arrived. Vuong is super helpful and explained everything clearly. He also responded quickly to our texts.
Negative points: No microwave and small fridge

Positive points: The apartment is just the right size for a family of four, with views of both the sea and the city. It’s in a very central location, just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped, including a kitchen for light cooking (if needed) and a washing machine for family use. The apartment manager is also very friendly and welcoming.
Negative points: Park fee must be paid for motocycle

Review: Trải nghiệm thật tốt ở đây. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ những gì tôi yêu cầu ngay lập tức. Phòng sạch sẽ, cảm giác như ở nhà.
Negative points: Không có chỗ giữ xe, giữ xe phải tốn phí ko thuận tiện cho khách lưu trú. Nên nói rõ trong mô tả phòng để khách biết

Negative points: Chỉ có 1 cái cốc để dùng cho cả việc uống nước và đánh răng, chỉ có 1 thẻ phòng và thang máy nên k tiện khi đi cùng gia đình
