Positive points: The view was fantastic, facility was excellent

Negative points: Attitude of some staffs were unacceptable. Me and my friends look younger than actual age so some receptionists gave us a disdainful look. But some staffs were so nice and they greeted us joyfully.

Review: The hotel is nice, our room was clean although we arrived at the hotel after the storm in Vietnam. We could see some broken windows and glasses outside the building. The staff were polite, the breakfast buffet was delicious, there were many choices to choose from. However, hotel is located far from the beach. We could not walk along the beach. No shops or restaurants are near by the hotel. If you don’t have a car then it’s not recommend to stay here.

Negative points: During our stay there was a Harley Davidson Meet , very loud Event !!!

Review: Phòng có cửa thông nên rất ồn từ phòng bên. Mình đã ghi chú và dặn lễ tân về yêu cầu phòng yên tĩnh vì dễ mất ngủ khi đến khách sạn, nhưng được đêm đầu không ồn thì đêm thứ hai thức trắng cả đêm.

Positive points: Beautiful resort with beautiful views. Spacious clean rooms and a very nice pool area. Enjoyed golf course as well.

Negative points: More of a family resort with lots of little kids and the surrounding town was very quiet.

Positive points: The pool, breakfast and bed

Negative points: Kid’s club opening time is too short and lack of facilities for kids. They should extend the opening hour, we supposed it open late but it was closed at 17:00. There was not many activities for children in the evening.

Review: Checked into hotel at 12:30 was escorted to rooms with dirty balcony- I mean a thick layer of dirt. I am surprised if the rooms were even inspected. Washrooms were not different- dirty water was flowing- probably the floor was blocked and open without inspection. Very bad experience.

Review: We were here 3 years ago and the place was amazing, now coming back it’s very dead and eerie, lobby was dead, hallway was creepy. Barely any guests yet somehow they still managed to give us a corner room that was so loud and constantly hearing banging and screeching.
